If you want the BEST boba in town, go to Kung Fu Tea. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and my order was ready quickly. AND it was a FANTASTIC drink with tapioca cooked to perfection.
Kid-friendliness: There are family games to sit and have family time.
Wheelchair accessibility: The area to move around is wide enough for a wheelchair to maneuver. And the bathroom has a wide entrance and grab bars too.

Kung Fu Tea is by far my favorite boba place I’ve ever visited. Their menu has many different options and great flavors. I highly recommend their ginger milk tea! Rebecca is also super kind and friendly, she brings a very welcoming vibe to the place. You should definitely check this place out if you like boba tea!

Love this place, the tea itself tastes so good. The place is super chill, they have seating area with some board games to play with. I have tried some of the other boba places around boca but this one is the best for sure!

Easily the best big chain restaurant for boba. I'm a die hard classic milk tea person and KFT has always been consistently delicious and not too sweet for me. The boba is always chewy without being overcooked, their collabs are for things that are actually relevant, and they don't slap too many gimmick drinks on the menu too often. This location in particular is great, it's never too busy here when I go (although I avoid peak hours) and even on the off day I go in and it's a full house it somehow avoids being chaotic and my drinks are always out fast. I appreciate that they haven't had a drop in quality like other boba places over the years.

Ordered thai tea boba and did not get what I ordered. It was just milk with boba. Absolutely terrible. I don’t understand how you can mess up thai tea like that.
Great experience. The gentleman who took my order was warm and friendly. My drink was so amazing I ordered a slush and added piping boba. I can’t wait to try another drink next time!
