The BEST boba around, me and the girls go there all the time and it's always so good. The brown sugar pearls are always fresh and delicious! The staff is also always friendly and sweet to us.

If you want the BEST boba in town, go to Kung Fu Tea. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and my order was ready quickly. AND it was a FANTASTIC drink with tapioca cooked to perfection.
