We absolutely love this place. One of our favorite places to eat in Boca, for sure! The portions are generous, the staff members are always kind and attentive. I love going to a place that consistently impresses both with presentation and taste. I love that I don’t have to ask for water or soda refills— it’s the little things! There are six of us and we all have different favorites, but what we love most is there’s something for everyone— including a kids menu that our little ones appreciate. I love the enchiladas supreme (cheese) and Im not sure what they do to their tortillas, but everything they make just tastes better. We love the flautas as well! A family favorite for sure and we recommend La Condesa highly— especially for families and larger groups. We’ve celebrated birthdays here too and they always make them so special. We’ll be back soon!

Consistently good! My family and I have been here at least 10x already and it’s been consistently good. The food is delicious and always comes out fast and hot, the service is excellent, and we always sit outside under their chill patio. The food is reasonably priced and their drinks are too. The Blood Orange margarita is my favorite!! We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and have never had any complaints. The most recent time they took our picture and put it inside a cute glass frame- it was a great picture to capture our family so I bought. It was $20 outside the check just FYI. But overall a great place and low key atmosphere. We’ve been to quite a few Mexican restaurants in Palm Beach County (and we’re from Texas and love tex-mex) so this place is definitely recommended.

If you’re into authentic Mexican food in a modern atmosphere this is the place for you. We came In on a 3/4ths full restaurant at around 8:15pm and ordered table side guac, baria tacos, enchiladas and quesadillas. The service was amazing. We came in starving and were eating 10-12 minutes after we had our guac and ordered food about 10 mins after sitting down.The food is fantastic, the drinks are very good (skinny marg) 5 starts on a perfect not overly strong not too mild drink, just right.I was convinced Boca didn’t have good Mexican food til I found this place. I will be becoming a regular.

Best Mexican restaurant in South Florida. Could not find a place in South Florida that makes real frozen margaritas. Finally found the place. Highly recommend it. Excellent food and service.
