La Granja Restaurant West Boca Raton

Ordered a chicken soup, when I got it, it was in a container half the normal size. When I asked about it they said they only have that size container right now but they are still charging the full price. Why not give 2 of the smaller container to equal the full quantity? What a rip off… even the rice and bean quantity went down by almost half. Don’t go here, find another location that doesn’t rip you off.

Actually didn't get served any food. Tried to buy 4 of the quarter chicken dark meat meals I was told no. That i could only get 2 dark meat and 2 white meat. They informed me that's how chickens come. Worse customer service ever. Horribly untrained employees. Also was told there was. No manager on duty. Rudest lady ever at the register.

So, I ordered popcorn chicken with rice, but guess what? They accidentally gave me fries instead! Now, I can’t have my black beans because, well, beans and fries are just not meant to be together, you know?

really super high prices super mediocre quality it looks like sailor food and super small portions so don't waste your money here I ordered lomo saltado and it looked like sautéed onion 8 small pieces of meat and the rest onion I ordered it with beans and without potatoes and they shit on it One orders the biggest shit I've ever eaten in food that they say is Peruvian but Peruvian has what I from North Jordan don't waste your money there

I just wanted to point out that i don’t write reviews often but when i do, it has to be deserved. this was really deserved. I walk in thinking that they have actually good chicken tenders because the sign outside looked incredible. i order a 3 piece and some fries. the price? almost 10 dollars. i think that maybe this is good quality stuff so i sit down waiting eagerly. once the food gets called, i pick it up and open it to see 3 pathetic looking tenders with fries that were probably microwaved. i try the tender it and it wasn’t moist but it was wet and it was really gross. the fries weren’t much better. please save your money and go to huey magoos that’s right down the street for some quality tenders

With all due respect, If you’re going to order take out from this place, just make sure you get everything you order before you leave because by just observing, the employees show absolutely no attentiveness to the customers and instead will stand in-front of you while they have personal conversations and will have you standing around to be taken care of on their time. Employees on their phones showing no focus or priority to their responsibilities which in turn the customer has to pay the price for. Management needs to improve these concerns.

This franchise is excellent. Its grilled/rotisserie type chicken, pork, beef and seafood. I usually get their half chicken with rice and beans. Certain locations you can get the yellow rice. Some locations there is a drive thru (which is amazing!!!). It's like a much better version of Pollo Tropical but probably costs the same. Excellent choice for traveling families that want something delicious but healthy. Very casual dining. Also a go-to restaurant for millennials who want great food without getting ripped off. Really perfectly cooked and seasoned chicken.. dependably. You're lucky if you live near a La Granga restaurant. I do.

It is disappointing because the quality of the food is very average. It seems that at dinner time the food is not so fresh, because the sauce on the sautéed loin was salty and the pieces of fish in the Mixed fish fried seemed to be refried!!
