Attended an event here, the venue is midsize for any kind of event you want to host. Our meals were catered by the venue.

We had a wedding with 170 people and the food and staff were AMAZING! All the guests are still raving about how great the food was and how accommodating and nice the staff were .Carolyn went above and beyond with us on all the planning through the night of the event. This is a GREAT place to have an event.

We had our holiday party here -85- people and it was our best party ever. The outdoor cocktail hour on the water was spectacular and the decorations were breathtaking. The snapper was delicious and the staff were fun and engaged. Carolyn the events coordinator was so easy to work with and the whole experience exceeded my expectations! I highly highly recommend this venue for large parties!!!

We had our Holiday party here and it was magnificent. Our guests were greeted at the door with welcome drinks and an inviting atmosphere. When it was time to move inside, we were delighted with the decor and layout of the room. Each table had centerpieces and the lighting was adorable. The food was incredible. Everyone said how delicious it was and most people went back for seconds. As for the drinks, the bartender was knowledgeable, quick to offer suggestions, and kept the drinks flowing.Overall the venue was very clean, friendly, and inviting to our guests. 10/10.

We had our wedding here on 11/4 and it was everything we wanted and more! Carolyn and her staff go above and beyond to make sure your day goes as perfect as possible. I would think of things in the middle of the night and email her (not expecting a response until the next day) and i would get a reply right then and there! She never stops even on her day off. The food was amazing, the facility was beautiful, carolyn helped with things she didnt even have to help with. The bartenders and servers were great. Melinda was so great and made sure i never needed anything and even saw us the next morning and told us how much she enjoyed working with us and was so congratulatory. I've never had service like that before. I want to have another event so i can keep working with the staff of Lakeside! Thank you Carolyn!

Do NOT have your wedding here. Carolyn is nice, but will be super pushy about things if you don’t want YOUR wedding the way she wants it. My MOH had to have a come to Jesus talk with her the night of the rehearsal dinner because she refused to listen to me until I had a panic attack on the stage.The hotel they are paired with needed to die in the ‘80s. The lock on our “suite” (just a room that smelled like must and rot) was broken so we had to go and move all our belongings MID RECEPTION.And their food is so terrible. Mine and my husbands steaks were so rare they may as well have been mooing, and all the guests complained about how well done and inedible they were.ALSO NO SHOTS! But they won’t tell you until you already paid too much to go back.Carolyn will also DOUBLE email you the day after your wedding telling you to leave a review, and when you don’t because you’re on your honeymoon AND you didn’t want to be a negative person and leave a bad review, she’ll text you and bother you ON YOUR HONEYMOON.I wish we would have just gone to the courthouse.Consider yourselves warned if you choose this venue.

Great and easy, loved having our themed work event here. Carolyn was so helpful in coordinating everything, we weren’t sure what vendors to go with and she hooked us up with great ones. The venue is so versatile, I was so impressed with how it looked like another world inside.

We have held the radiography school's graduation ceremony for few years at Lakeside Terrace. The latest ceremony was last night (09/15/2023). Once again, Carolyn and staff went above and beyond. Carolyn treats clients like family; her thoughtful demeanor is genuine. I had my 50th birthday at Lakeside Terrace. The food is amazing- Carolyn is fantastic to work with!Would highly recommend!

I only have good things to say about the venue. Carolyn was caring from the beginning to the last minute. Helped us make my daughter's 15th birthday party dream come true and I can say it was a success. The food was wonderful, the staff were extremely polite. I will definitely recommend Lakeside to others.

Be careful if you’re planning an event at this place they will add extra charges to your card days after to include tip - even when you didn’t tip nor is tipping mandatory and when you call them about the issue Carolyn is just gonna laugh at you because she thinks it’s funny to add tip to peoples check without their consent nor knowledge

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with such an incredible person! Carolyn was always attentive to our needs for the wedding and was always looking out for ways to help us. I never felt stressed or worried working alongside Carolyn. When booking a venue you need someone you can count on to guide you on your wedding planning if you are doing it on your own! We were inspired by the photos posted on the Lakeside Terrace's Facebook page from previous wedding's. Their photos helped guide my vision for what I wanted the venue to look like! I had a classic, romantic wedding and the pricing for the plated food & bar service was more than fair and the overall service was incredible! Definitely recommend this venue for their customer service and for their food and drink package! A million thanks to Carolyn and everyone at Lakeside Terrace!
