Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

I have visited this site on multiple occasions and the management of the location is highly suspect. This will be the second occurrence within the last few months in which the kitchen was completely overwhelmed with food taking nearly one hour to arrive. At no point did any manager communicate, leaving the poor wait staff who was doing the very best they could to handle the many complaints that were clearly visible and audible from nearby patrons. At one table with nearly 20 customers the wait staff was offering every possible desert and coffee they could to appease them. Another table literally walked out.

Service was terrible with a capital T! Waitress took forever to take our order and then the restaurant got super crowded. Was there 1 1/2 hrs before food came.

Our server Nicole was AMAZING! Food and atmosphere was good. Kinda disappointed the fire pit wasn't on (and it wasn't raining) but they said they couldn't turn it on in rain lol. I would say the prices are high for the potions you get. Especially the cheese curds appetizer delicious but definitely not enough to share.

An awful experience recently at the Boca Raton restaurant. Where do I start? Our waiter was in training and clearly not ready to be left on his own. His trainer was off waiting on other tables and failed to keep a close eye on her trainee. As a result, he floundered with his service. We asked for water twice. We asked for two sangrias, but he only brought one. Neither he nor his trainer bothered to show up during our meal to check on our satisfaction. Only when it was time for us to pay our bill, did they ask how our meals were. That's when we complained. At that point, it was too late to do anything about it. No offer to comp one of the dishes or to talk to the manager. The food was mediocre at best and our alcoholic drinks were watered down and flavorless. We ordered our dinner and when they arrived, we were shocked. The wok dish looked like a Swanson's frozen dinner. The salmon dish was nothing more than a piece of dry salmon that lacked any sauce or seasoning accompanied by a mound of unappealing mashed potatoes and overcooked spinach in a small bowl on the plate. Nothing about it looked appetizing. The cheese quesadilla order looked like something off the kids menu. Again, the quesadillas were thrown on the plate, along with the side of salsa and sour cream. What a completely disappointing evening at Lazy Dog. I've been to other Lazy Dog Restaurants. The service and food have always been outstanding. Before arriving, I raved about the restaurant to my friends, who had never eaten there. I was embarrassed and apologetic after what we experienced. We all decided that was the last time we would eat there. With that said, think twice before going there and wasting your time and hard-earned money.

I made a reservation that mysteriously disappeared. This dinner was a birthday dinner. We didn't have to wait. It's just the point. Also, I specifically asked for certain items not to be put in a dish. They were in the dish. Waiter had complete lack of awareness.

I made a reservation through OpenTable at the lazy dog. I wanted to sit outside and they confirmed that I would have an outside table. When I got there, the young man at the desk, said that a table was not available now and he had no idea when a table would be ready. He said that we could sit inside. The inside noise level was astronomical. We couldn't do it. We persisted and they finally gave us a table outside, but they were very gracious and rude, and I will not go back there again. Food was extremely mediocre and not worth the price.

The food is always good and the chicken pot pie is always consistently good. Our waitress, Jasmine, was an absolute delight and extremely personable.

Four diners had 4 different meals and everyone was very satisfied. Our server was pleasant and we will all come back again.

We were seated quickly and our server Melody quickly showed up at our table to take our drink orders,she was attentive and very helpful throughout our visit.We were not rushed at any point and we will definitely be returning very soon

We were served by Ben and Sydney, and they were nothing short of amazing. My cousins and I went for brunch and Lazy Dog delivered! There were a total of 7 of us and we didn't feel any delay at all. My daughter ordered the Mac and cheese and I had the ahí tuna. The DIY mimosas were so fun and delicious! Sydney was amazing with the suggestions and recommendations, everything she said landed perfectly!! Her energy was incredible! Exactly what we needed. When we go back, we'll be sure to ask for her!
