Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

Had a nightmare ish experience her a few weeks ago. First, service was not very good to begin with. The server was really distracted, bringing us drinks after we got our appetizer. I also asked for a second drink and never got it, tried to remind her about it but still never received it. I then said to just take it off the check but she tried to insist that she could bring it then.. after 25 minutes. At the end we paid and noticed minutes after that something was not adding up in how much we paid so we think the server maybe charged us wrong (maybe adding the second drink we never received). We had selected to receive a digital receipt but it never arrived over text message so we went to the front and asked for a copy minutes after. They said that they were too busy to give us a receipt and to call the manager the next day. We sent an email and called and the guy that answered asked for the information and said that he will call us back. A few days pass and we never received a call back, we called the restaurant again, another manager responded and asked us the information again and said that they will call us back, unsurprisingly they never did. Lastly, a friend who was with us that night and also felt that he was overcharged went to the restaurant to see if someone could give him answers and apparently they didn’t find the transaction at that moment. Again, a manager said they would contact him with information and never did. The lack of communication and respect is shocking and frustrating considering we weren’t even asking for money back, just wanted to check our receipt. Each interaction was with a different manager and each and every one was unhelpful. It gets to a point where you start to think that the ignoring and misplacement of the receipt was intentional… Safe to say will never be back, do not recommend whatsoever.

The food was okay. The service was a little lacking as we sat for a good 10 minutes before our drink order was taken. The food came out, and it was nothing special. It was my first time and will most likely be my last.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lazy Dog. The name suggests it’s a dog-friendly place, but it was the opposite. I came with my small service dog, a Shih Tzu, in a stroller — not walking around or bothering anyone. The staff told me he had to be placed directly on the floor, even though he’s a service animal. They were rude and dismissive, and it felt like they had no understanding or respect for service dogs or ADA rights.

The food was also terrible — oily, greasy, and poorly made. Even the coffee didn’t taste like real coffee.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone — especially people who love or rely on their dogs. They use the name “Lazy Dog” as a gimmick but clearly don’t care about dogs or proper customer service. I won’t be returning.

We were in a mood for a good hamburger. We saw the reviews and decided to give a try. It did not disappoint! Everything is made in house. The meat was fresh, super tasty and juicy. Great burgers! James, the manager, greeted us with some parmesan potato chips, which was a real nice touch. The atmosphere is cosy and very friendly. Great experience! We will be back to try the PB&J burgers 🍔

Absolutely loved this place! The food was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The vibes were great, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. A special shout-out to the manager, James, who was incredibly friendly and attentive — really made us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Atmosphere was great but soup was cold and lacked substance. I ordered the Lunch 1/2 House Club Lunch Combo Cup Tortilla.
2nd issue was that the order took way to long to arrive. It was over 30 mins.... Then it started coming in bits and pieces. We were a party of 4. 2 plates arrived first. Then one of 3 soups arrived a few minutes later. 1st soup was Luke warm. Then about 5 mins later the second 2 soups arrived. They hot but were mostly water and had very little substance. Our friend who ordered the Cuban sandwich said is not good. It looked good so I tried a byte. It was not good and left a weird taste in my mouth. I think it was the liquid butter they put on the bread. YUK. Second of all, a Cuban sandwich should be made with Cuban bread. This one looked like it was made with Texas toast. Not a real Cuban sandwich. There was also a mix up when we split the check. I won't go into great details, but one party was way over charged and he asked for a receipt and never got one. Overall, not a great experience.

Food was great and the price is good but the service was terrible. Took forever to get everything, we had to go find someone to pay for the bill. They need to get big training on customer ‘s service

Not the best dining experience at Lazy Dog but the manager, Ryan, made up for the poor service we had tonight. Our food came to the table cold and without the customizations that we requested… however, I would recommend the sweet and spicy ribs and the loaded hush puppy potato balls. I would skip the lettuce wraps the chicken teriyaki bowl. The meatball and pasta was good, but the pasta had a pickle aftertaste which was a bit odd. I do like that the restaurant is dog friendly and they have a decently affordable menu for them,

My school came for our end of the year party and all I have to say is wow! Christian was such an amazing server. He was so attentive, caring and made sure everything came out on a timely manner. Everyone was saying how we should have our end of the year party here again! Thank you lazy dog!

We went for lunch and were greeted by a great server (Jason). The food was excellent and everything was delicious. You could tell that the kitchen definitely focuses on quality and attention to detail. Also the manager (Logan) took the time to personally ask about our first time visit at the restaurant. Definitely recommend this spot!

Lazy Dog provided me a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere inside both the indoor and outdoor seating is clean and classy, the food and service followed suit. I would highly recommend.
