Taste: honestly, a mixed bag of highs, lows and mediums (more deets below); Service: honestly, that's another mixed bag, nice waitress, stunningly bad host, mixed up manager Decor/Ambiance: nice patio, clean, but the chairs are serious back-breakers Price for quality: food is obviously decently sourced, but some freezer burn on high priced items? not good Beers: they have a decent spread of drafts, mostly light stuff, a nice huckleberry IPA! So, we went on a Friday afternoon, not very busy, and the host had to run items to the table he sat before us 3x, then finally got to us, and had to recon a table for 2 on the patio even though there were about six two-tops and another sex four-tops wide open, then he forgot 1 of 2 silverware/napkin rolls. Dude, if hosting is too difficult for ya, wow, I don't know what to tell ya'. We sat there for about 10 minutes before anyone came over, but at least we could just give her the whole order; she came back to try to explain a happy hour deal, got flustered, but I let her off the hook (she apologized as it was supposedly only her 3rd day, and based on the host I don't know what kind of training they use anyhow). We found the Brussels sprouts were a little odd (too much lemon?), and the veggie burger, although a tasty patty, was a bit mushy and something (we couldn't tell if it was the patty or the bun) was freezer-burned, which really is unacceptable. A manager of some sort brought a sleeve of garlic cheese waffle fries over as a complimentary first-visit gift (then it showed up on the bill, of course, but the waitress caught it and fixed it, but just par for the course); I devolved to pescatarian for the fish tacos, which were beer-battered fish sticks and kinda worked but kinda didn't. I will say that the dessert we tried, an open faced huckleberry apple pie, was absolutely ridiculously delicious. We'll probably be back just for the pie and ale!

I met a client here for a late lunch on 4/18 around 2pm. They have a great outside seating area with plenty of shade & air movement from ceiling fans. We both ordered burgers & fries. They serve a fantastic cheeseburger, cooked to perfection with fresh toppings accompanied by some crispy fries. Our server was Emerson who was friendly, prompt & on the ball... a real service baller !! She made the dining experience great. The manager that day caught me on the way out & asked about our experience. A super nice & friendly guy- I just didn't get his name. Being it during the day, we did not drink beer but I will definitley be back another time to explore the craft beer taps at the huge indoor/outdoor bar. I also decided to buy a couple of their frozen dinners to take home. I've since tried these & they were outstanding & way better than anything you'd buy at a grocery store.

Loved it! Food is amazing!! When the fireplace is on, it's so cozy! They were also very accommodating to my two-year-old daughter

Very limited gluten free. I was very dissappointed. Nice decor, theme, lots of choices if you are not gluten free.

Lazy Dog has a beautiful brewery atmosphere. The service was friendly and available. The food is obviously fresh and there are lots of fun options. We first ordered the queso which had great flavor but was way too salty. My entrée was the panko chicken sando which was good but dry. It was vastly improved with a dip in the remoulade that came with hubby's BBQ ribs. The ribs were tasty but some were overcooked and chewy. Overall, I would return to try other dishes.

Went for brunch and the meal was rather good. The coffee sucked, as my other half told me: It's like folgers.....service was good. Only beef is that when the place was rather empty they insisted on sitting people in adjacent booths and tables which means we could hear everybody when that was not necessary.

Honest review. we have been here many times but tonight was not good. service terrible tonight. Never got the drinks we ordered. Never got the ketchup. Burger very over cooked. Managers should come around and check in with tables.

Unfortunately not a good experience at Lazy Dog in Boca Raton this evening. Buckle up, this is a long one. I made a reservation for 6:30 for 4 people total, and while we were promptly seated the check-in girl was rude and uncommunicative. Fine no big deal she probably has had a long day. The guy who seated us brought to a table with wet chairs in a busy walkway. When we asked to be moved to a booth since my dad just had back surgery and is in recovery, he replied with a canned response that he would not move us to a booth since the booths were reserved ahead of time. I told him I did not see that option when I made the reservation so I was confused how others were able to do that. Fortunately a manager was able to help us and get us to a booth promptly. As I side note, I did write in the notes on the reservation that we had two birthdays to celebrate, and this was not acknowledged at any time during the dinner. Each time we have come here it's very busy and tonight was no different. No big deal. After being seated and ordering we waited 35 minutes for our meal which is okay since we are patient and it was busy, but we saw multiple tables seated before us that got their full meal and and were starting to leave by the time that we got our food. When our food arrived, my mother's flat iron steak was not just overdone, it was darn near shoe leather. Inedible. The server was quick to help us and the manager returned to tell us that he agreed that steak was completely over done. Everyone else's food was right except one side was wrong. 10 minutes later the new steak came out. It was not medium rare by any means (see photo) but it was edible. The manager never checked back in, and the server came by 10 minutes later to see if the steak was cooked right. I was pretty surprised she didn't stick around when she dropped it off just to make sure it was done correctly this time. My mom was starving and was happy to eat it regardless of it's temperature. Nothing was removed from the bill although the server Hannah was mildly apologetic. She was never in a rush to refill us and because she didn't write down our orders it took us awhile to get everything right (one drink forgotten, another side was incorrect.) We received two boxes and no bag which was inconvenient, and when she handed me the little mobile register it wasn't on the right screen and she had me clicking around to find our bill... Normally when a couple easy mistakes are made at a meal I don't think anything of it, but tonight was for a special occasion and because of previous good experiences, we thought that it would be a no-brainer for a nice night out. Truly an unfortunate 2 hour ordeal. I would be happy to discuss this further with management to hopefully get these things resolved as Lazy Dog can be, and has been previously, a great place to eat with the family. I would hate to see it go the direction of so many places these days.

Wonderful staff, comfortable seating and a delicious burger. Their virgin mojito is excellent too.

Menu is on the boring side... they had a great hotdog but removed it from the menu. Nice place for dog owners to bring their pet. Staff is friendly but service efficiently is hit or miss. Stay away on wet days as the flooring is slippery.

Solid food. Burger was good but very expensive. Service was also good but it can be very crowded there at night.

This place never disappoints. Lazy Dog is a place I usually go to when hubby and I cannot agree since there are so many options.
