It's a good hot pot. The selection of veggies and meats is good. The server will bring you anything that the conveyor doesn't; just be sure to ask. Not great, but good.

I have been going to this place for over a year and have always recommended it to everyone. Yesterday I went with my friends to enjoy the food and they sat us down just to say that we are being refused service and can’t come here anymore. They did not give any reason as to why. Today we called and they said because we do not tip enough which is not true at all. We are 4 broke collage students who come here when we can and give as much as we can. Super disappointed in this as this was my favorite spot to eat around here. Never felt more embarrassed and upset.

The food even though you cook it yourself tastes amazing. I am never worried about contamination or food being rotten in anyway. The service is always spot on and I will continue to come back as long as I can.

This place is so amazing our server was very nice and welcoming and explained how everything worked, the food was amazing, there were a lot of dessert meat and vegetables but options and the conveyor belt of food was very convenient. We had a great experience at this place with my spouse and kids. As a vegan family, we found here plenty of vegan options for making our hot pot just perfect and very tasty. The staff was so friendly and warm, and we were enjoying every minute of our dinner. We will come back - no doubt!

Very impressed at Lemongrass Hot Pot in Boca! A new and interesting dining experience with conveyor belt veggies and noodles to go along with your hot pot and a la carte protein selection. The fatty beef and shrimps were great with my medium spicy broth. The veggies were fresh and went well with the dipping sauce. For the flat charge of $30 and 2 hour total time to enjoy, it was well worth it. Highly recommend if you want to try something outside of the norm.

But overall the experience was great, but wasn’t something I was looking for since I was looking for bbq instead of hot pot but it was really good though!
