I will say I’ve traveled around the world and eaten at some of the best Italian restaurants that have been described and I would put Lenora‘s in the top. Their food was fresh. The atmosphere was really nice. The place was clean and what a surprise it was. There was a little issue in the beginning with confusion with the happy hour menu versus the lunch menu, but the manager, as well as Katie smoothed it out and made sure we were completely attended to.

I live in Uptown Cortland right behind Lynora’s, and the situation with their delivery trucks has become flat out dangerous. Their drivers park directly in the middle of Uptown Ave almost every day in a spot that is clearly not a loading zone, blocking the only road in and out of the complex. I have documented at least five separate instances of this with photos because it keeps happening.
What makes it even worse is that the other restaurant’s truck on the opposite side does the exact same thing at the exact same time. They line up parallel with each other and completely trap the entire road. When this happens, no one can get by at all. An ambulance could not get through, two cars cannot go down the road at once, and the drivers see this happening and still do nothing to fix it.
From what I have seen, this kind of parking appears to violate Boca Raton’s “No Stopping or Standing” roadway rules, as well as the basic requirements for a legal commercial unloading zone. It also seems to conflict with Florida Statute §316.1945, which explains where commercial vehicles cannot stop or obstruct traffic. When two trucks are blocking both lanes with zero visibility, it is hard to imagine this meets any standard for safe or lawful unloading.
This is not just inconvenient. It is a serious safety issue. Cars are forced into oncoming traffic, there is no room for two vehicles to pass, and emergency services would not be able to reach the complex if they needed to. The drivers know exactly what they are doing, and instead of fixing the problem when someone asks them to move, they laugh or mock you. It is unprofessional, disrespectful, and puts residents at real risk.
I am asking for management to contact me directly because this cannot continue. If nothing changes, I will be submitting the photos and details to City of Boca Raton Code Enforcement, the Boca Raton Police non emergency line, and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for review. I am completely done dealing with this.
This needs to be fixed now.

Why is the music so loud, it's legitimately incomprehensible that you would choose this volume level.
UPDATE: The food and service we're very good, so I'm upping my review. Many restaurants fall into the same trap of having the music too loud, so I can't fault them too much (although it was particularly bad in this case) The carbonara pizza was fantastic!

Wait staff was fine when management asked how the food they didn't seem to care. First and last time.
The food is good, but not good enough to make up for how consistently terrible the bar staff is. I’ve been here many times hoping for a better experience, but every visit has been the same - rude bartenders, wrong charges, and zero accountability. The bartender tonight messed up our dinner order, it was fixed, but he charged us for the wrong item, and when we questioned it he acted like he didn’t know what we we were taking about and said there’s nothing he could do. We didn’t bother with the manager because it’s embarrassing to have to call a manager over every time at the same restaurant. It’s a shame, because the atmosphere is great, but the service ruins it every time.
