We frequently dine at Mario's and are never disappointed. The food is consistently fantastic and the service, regardless of the server is always superb.

had a leisurely dinner for five with drinks from the bar,baked clams and Gorgonzola salad appetizer and of course warm fresh rolls and bread sticks. Entrees of double cut lamb chops, steak “ Guido”, seafood Mario's, shrimp parmigiana and rigatoni Ala vodka were attractively plated, large delicious meals. We had coffee but were too full for dessert. Several diners took home food the portions were so big. We sat inside due to the warm wet weather and it is loud indoors. Mario's is consistent with great food priced competitively for the area. We look forward to our next visit soon

Excellent food and overall great service. They always look to accommodate. Food choices have a big variety of choices and food comes out very hoy which is how we like it. Also very fresh!!

We have eaten at Mario's in the past and found the food, service, value, etc to be good. We were celebrating my boyfriends 80th birthday with out of town guests. Our server was very nice and started off being very attentive. However, after about 45 minutes he began to come by our table and say things like "your food will be out soon". Next it was, "sorry for the delay, the kitchen was backed up". Another 15 or 20 minutes went by with no food. We asked to speak t the manager. First, the dining room manager came by with an attitude saying that they had to wait for us to finish our appetizers before they could put our order in. We reminded him that we did NOT order appetizers. He assured us that our food would be out soon. Another 15 minutes passed without any food. Finally an operations manager arrived at out table and continued to try to make the delay our fault. When we reminded her that we were regular diners and that we would not be back and would let our business associates know about the way we were treated, she accused us to "threatening" her. We requested an adjustment to our bill. We brought an expensive bottle of wine with us for his birthday. She offered us a credit for the $15 corkage fee. After more unpleasant conversation, she gave us a $70 credit off our bill. After reading several other negative reviews of Mario's, it appears that the restaurant needs to review it's management policies or it won't survive the demanding diners in the Boca Raton area.

The waiter was very nice and good.. and the manger a nice lady came over in the end to talk. The seafood Mario was a disappointment. There was no scallops in the seafood combo which there uses to be and the shrimp were small and few. The manger apologized and took 10 dollars off the bill and said,” we have 2 new cooks in the kitchen today.” And stated that was the reason. It's a very nice place, the seafood Mario they should make sure it has an adequate amount of seafood in my opinion. Thank you
Mario's is a great restaurant and has been for many years. Food is fabulous especially the Garlic rolls. Service is superb.

The veal chop parm and chicken parm covered the whole plate. It was delicious, right amount of great sauce and cheese. The garlic rolls were amazing. Ate too many, couldn't help it. Definitely had food to take home. I highly recommend Mario's.

Hostess has major attitude. She's tall with long black hair. Grabbed menus and started walking and when I asked if I should follow her she looked at me and scoffed. When I asked to move tables bc the one she sat us at was in a back dark corner, she copped major attitude. The restaurant was 1/3 full. Our server, Kirsten could not have been more friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was good, salad was great and otherwise the night was good. I would suggest teaching your hostess some basic customer service skills. I would not want that to be the first impression the your guests see when walking in.

We've been there a few times but this last visit was terrible! When we first got there and sat down one of the managers was grabbing a waitress around her waist and touched her back side right in front of us and other customers so that set the tone with what we would be dealing with as far as customer service goes!! Totally inappropriate!! The waiters messed up my husband's order twice and then on the 3rd try the dish was correct but the lobster and crab legs were still in the shells. This was an “Italian Seafood Stew” so it was very liquidity in a RED sauce and they expect their paying customers to potentially get filthy by cracking the shells themselves and when he asked about it and expressed his disappointment they actually refused to do it for him and just kept insisting on “that's how we do it here!!!” He gets this dish or very similar dish everywhere we go that offers it and nobody has ever denied him even if that's how the dish initially was served! The waiter never mentioned it to a manager which is pretty normal protocol in any restaurant and we basically never saw our waiter again! We had to ask some other waitress to see the manager and when she came over she did show empathy and did agree with us but still wouldn't make it right and after both of us complaining about the service and telling her that we will never be back she finally said she'll take care of the bill!! We will NEVER go back!!
