Our server was very good. Tended to our requests quickly. Food was good but a little bland, more flavoring needed on all 4 dinners. We had an early dinner and ate outside so ambience was very nice. Inside is noisy.

They had a tough night, it took a 45 minutes to get drinks and they had to be returned, so we just switched to a bottle of wine (Dirty Martini was 95% olive juice, asked for just a touch dirty etc). Our waiter couldn't hear us, he was very busy and not in a good mood. It was kind of a drag to interact with him. Not sure if they were short staffed, it didn't seem exceptionally busy, but it was steady. We had to insist he take our order when he returned or we might be further delayed in eating. The food was ok. It was an odd restaurant experience for me.

Entrée was being served as we were eating the appetizer. Also, dirty dishes were not cleaned in a timely manner before serving the entrée. The pasta was ice cold. We have eaten here many times, and are deeply disappointed in the service we received

Service was terrible. Food was ok. I guess u have to be at the bar to get good service. Pasta gasoline was terrible & so was split green soup. I think we waited 15 minutes before server came. I couldn't understand him whatsoever & he needs training. We only came because jalexanders had a plumbing issue. Never again.
