Absolutely loved this cute place. Not only is it the same spelling of my name, but the cupcakes are delicious! ☺️!

My son was gifted 12 cupcakes. The first one we tried was so stale it totally fell apart. Okay let's try another so dry it crumbled. Called the store and asked for a manager. The young lady (very nice) said the managers would not come to the phone. So I left with social media. Have milk or you will choke on stale dry cupcakes.!

I had a coffee and a cupcake and no complaints from me. Service was good. Cupcake was delicious. Thank you.

My dad ordered these for me via DoorDash and overall, it was pretty disappointing. I got macarons and 4 cupcakes. Only giving 2 stars because the macarons were decent, however, 2/4 of the cupcakes were DISGUSTING. The red velvet was actually bad, and I mean sour, rotted, I almost threw up. Whether it was the butter, milk, or cream cheese I'm not sure, but they need to better check their ingredients before serving them to customers. The chocolate was extremely bitter and did not taste good whatsoever. The cookies & cream and vanilla were just ok. I would choose Publix a million times over than ever ordering from here again.

Am I a fake account as well? I can assure you each of those reviews are from real people. You go out of your way to discredit them but not make it right? Not a good look for a business. Good luck on your future endeavors.

To say the worst place would be an understatement considering not only was my daughters 21st birthday embarrassing that we even served that garbage to guests, but few of us got sick. Compare it to opening a stick of butter and biting into it. The cake was dry but hey they got their $170 for scamming us. A good business owner calls a customer back and doesn’t ignore the calls, but we aren’t dealing with good business owners or good people. The word is out there how disgusting you are handling this matter. If I could give zero, I would. Doesn’t that cake look beautiful? Their pictures look great but the quality and customer service is much to be desired . Lesson learned

I have had this google account for years and I would love for you to call this a fake profile. This is my personal account and if your only concern is to call people "fake profiles" and not address the clear issue at hand then I don't even know what to say. How about you start addressing why we received this cake instead of calling people fake.I recently purchased an expensive cake from Marlee's Cupcakery & Creamery, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The cake looked good, but as soon as I tasted it, I knew something was off. The cake had a terrible taste and even made me feel sick after just a few bites. I was extremely disappointed, especially since I had paid a lot of money for it. The staff was not helpful in addressing my concerns, and overall, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Marlee's Cupcakery & Creamery for anyone looking for a quality cake that tastes good and doesn't make you feel sick

Firstly, the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and it took a long time to place my order. It felt like they had better things to do than to serve customers, which is a huge turn-off.But the real disappointment came when I tried the cake. It was simply inedible. The frosting tasted stale and artificial, like biting into a stick of butter, and the cake itself was dry and flavorless. It was nothing like the delicious cupcakes and ice cream I had tried at Marlee's before, so I was really surprised and disappointed. The cake was supposed to be the centerpiece of my birthday party, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. It was dry and crumbly, and the flavors were bland and generic. It felt like a cake-shaped disappointment, a sad excuse for a celebratory dessert. I was really disappointed that my 21st birthday party was ruined by such a bad cake.Overall, my experience at Marlee's Cupcakery & Creamery was a huge letdown. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service and tasty desserts. The terrible customer service and the bad cake were both huge disappointments. It's a shame that such a supposedly "premium" bakery could fail so spectacularly on both counts. Save yourself the disappointment andlook elsewhere for a cake that lives up to its promises and actually tastes good! My mom should’ve went to publix, they never disappoint and at least fix the problem. Happy 21 to me!

Not one to complain but spending $170 on a cake I’m sorry to do this but the cream tasted like pure butter out of the package no taste, actually made us nauseous. The cake part had no flavor and was dry. Not happy at all. was my daughters 21st birthday couldn’t wait for her to see her cake. So disappointed didn’t eat it. Was Beautiful on the outside though,. I’m sorry but I needed to be honest with you, hope you make it right for what you charged. Fake profile? Is that why your cake is pictured below? Do you want a copy of the receipt too? I can supply that as well. The fact that you don’t return calls speaks in volumes as well . Horrible business etiquette.

As someone who was eagerly looking forward to my nieces 21st birthday party, I was devastated when Marlee's Cupcakery &Creamery failed to deliver on their promises. Not only did their customer support leave a lot to be desired, but their cake was disgustingly unpalatable, turning what should have been a sweet celebration into a bitter disappointment. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging, anxiously waiting for their response, which never came. Their lack of communication and responsiveness was akin to a cake without any icing - incomplete and unsatisfactory. To start with, if any individual wants to stay in business, customer retention should be a priority, especially dealing with new customers who are just getting their beaks wet by taking a leap of faith into a new business.GASTROINTESTINAL ARMAGEDDON - this is the best way to describe what happened after I consumed this cake that looked too good to eat. It came across as a stock photo cake that you should keep on display for people to window shop. I might as well of just opened a stick of Kerrygold butter and stuck a candle inside of it and wished my niece a Happy 21st birthday. The cake was dry and tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for weeks. The texture was crumbly and unpleasant, and the flavors were bland and generic, lacking the rich, decadent taste that we were expecting. It was like a cake-shaped disappointment, a sad excuse for a celebratory dessert. To make matters worse, the cake left an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered in our mouths, leaving us with a sour impression of the entire party. It was as if the cake had turned into a regrettable memory that we would rather forget. It's a shame that a cake, which should have been the centerpiece of the celebration, ended up being a tasteless and disappointing flop. The lack of reliable customer support and the disgustingly tasteless cake was a major letdown for my nieces 21st birthday party. It was a complete disservice to both the occasion and the guests, leaving a bitter taste in our mouths - and not in a good way. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a cake that lives up to its promises and actually tastes like a celebration! You don't pay the plumber to bang on the pipes, you pay the plumber to know where to bang. I wish that was the case for this establishment's craft that specializes in baking "extraordinary" cakes for memorable events.
