Best italian food i've ever had to serve over 20 people, have it all come out good and hot. That's amazing, you know, wait because we had reservations

We dined last night for the first time and had the absolute best experience! We celebrated my daughters high school graduation and her 18th birthday yesterday! We originally had 4 people on the reservation and they did whatever they could to accommodate a party of 6 for us! We were so grateful! The food was delicious, the service was amazing and the ambience was perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better celebration.! Thank you so much Matteo's, we will be back!!!

Matteo’s is a great place for a family dinner in a fun setting. The staff is super attentive. Cocktails were fantastic and the food served family style had some standouts like the seafood salad and the lobster ravioli. The bar is quite lively and a good spot to watch sports. The valet parking was quite convenient.

If you like dry chicken! This is the place!
Food felt reheated. My angry chicken was angry because it was drench in oil...May be to make up for how dry the meat was

It’s a lovely place for a large group. The dishes are shareable and they have a wide variety of items on the menu.

Everything was phenomenal! Came in on a busy Mother’s Day. Didn’t wait at all. The servers were so warm and sweet and attentive. The owner walked around making sure everyone was happy. We had the eggplant stack, Caesar salad, chicken piccata over pasta, shrimp over pasta, a few steaks, burnt broccoli, spinach, potatoes, drinks desserts…. Man we were STUFFED! My picky 7 year old told me “Mommy this steak is off the charts” lol. Happy kiddo.. happy momma. Loved the music and atmosphere. Felt like one big Sunday family dinner. Will absolutely be back! Stephen was an amazing waiter. The food was excellent, service was fantastic.

The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. Our server, Jude, never introduced himself and was noticeably curt throughout the entire interaction. It felt as though he was uncomfortable or unwilling to serve us based on our race, which made the experience deeply unsettling. This encounter has not only overshadowed the quality of the meal but has also made me reconsider ever returning to this establishment. We tipped at minimum, intentionally. I not that individual with being a server in the past but he did not earn anything more in opinion.

Veal chop was awesome

Except for the cars gunning their engines notably a few times within hearing distance on the main drag near the outdoor seating area we reserved , all was as usual, exceptional .

What was supposed to be an intimidate dinner, celebrating two friends who had just gotten married, became a loud, obnoxious, messy evening overshadowed by an annoying fire alarm (false alarm, no fire) that wouldn’t stop.

We found ourselves yelling across the table just to hear each other. Tempted to leave, we decided to stick it out to avoid the headache of having to find somewhere else to eat at the last minute.

My husband and I ordered whipped ricotta cheese with truffle honey for an appetizer. There was no trace of honey in it.

We then ordered the chicken pizzaiola for our entree. The chicken should’ve been on a single fork and tossed across the room to knock out the sirens that wouldn’t stop. How a thin slice of chicken was that dry and tough, we’ll never know.

Needless to say, we won’t be returning any time soon.

Find somewhere else to say “mangiare!”

Matteo’s has continuously gone down hill. You can get better quality food at your local pizzeria for 1/4 of the price. The service is chaotic with waiters and bus boys cutting in front of you. The ambiance looks beaten up and the fire alarm in the apartment building goes off and you have to wait for the fire department to come to shut it down. Stay away for your own sake and wallet.

We had a large party to celebrate two graduation families. Vinny and his team gave us a great spot outdoors and handled everything with ease and grace. Everything was first class and it made for a great night. So grateful we came to Matteo’s!!

We came for my daughters birthday. The server was terrible and not attentive. The food is family style so it came out in increments. The server never came out to check on the food or refill drinks. The chicken parm came out cold and we were done with the rest of the meal when a manager finally returned and we could send it back. By then, we were ready for desert. This place is overrated and only crowded because a crowd draws a crowd. The food quality was ok but not worth the huge prices for pasta. Next to rice, pasta is one of the cheapest starches. We aren't coming back. It's not worth it. Managers have serious attitude because the place is busy and they don't care if you come back.
