Lunched at Max's Grille and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hummus was luxuriously creamy with bright, well-balanced flavor. The burger was executed flawlessly, cooked precisely to temperature and deeply satisfying. The mahi in the fish sandwich was grilled to perfection, moist, delicate, and beautifully seasoned.
The coleslaw featured an unconventional flavor profile that was intriguing and thoughtfully composed. Was a refreshing departure from the ordinary. The breadsticks, however, were somewhat peculiar in texture and didn’t quite resonate with the rest of the meal.
Overall, a memorable dining experience with just a minor quirk. Most certainly worthy of a return visit.

I have heard of this restaurant for years and always wanted to go. I had a chance to go and was very disappointed in the main course I ordered. It was one of the worst rack of ribs I have ever had. Burnt and hardly any meat. No matter the taste or preparation the skimpy meant on the rack is purely profit driven. Better ribs at Alexander's or Houstons. What a shame.

Ordered an omelet with no cheese and it came with cheese. While the creme brulee French toast looked good, it was dry and the sides were overcooked and practically burnt. For a table of 2 the omlet was served first and several minutes later the French toast was served by a runner that looked lost and didn't know where to bring it.

Just had lunch for the first time in quite a while at this Boca staple. Arrived and sat right away , waiter came to take order certainly canned rapport bordering on obnoxious. I had a sandwich wife had a salad. Salad was meh sandwich tasted great until I found a large piece of plastic in the sandwich. They took it away came back 5 minutes later asked if I wanted it remade, kind of lost my appetite. They assured me it would be taken off our bill and it was (least they vould do, right ? Least) . Pretty amateurish experience overall and certainly felt that the situation could have been handled with more empathy and grace. Oh the waiter offered a desert which we politely declined. Not what I remember Max's to be.
Update: So as you can see management responded below, and I sent an e-mail and received no response. giving them the benefit of doubt, I sent a follow-up thinking maybe they missed it, again no resonse. Pretty solid reflection of how they view customer service.

Outstanding Experience at Max’s Grill! What a fantastic visit to Max’s Grill in Boca Raton! From the moment I arrived, manager Kyle greeted me warmly and opened the door—such a nice personal touch. The service was impressively fast. Jill brought out our cappuccinos quicker than Starbucks! The staff was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The desserts were absolutely spectacular and HUGE! The crème brûlée was to die for, and the Oreo pumpkin cheesecake was amazing. Both portions were generous enough to share (if you want to!). Great atmosphere with wonderful music, generous portions, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend Max’s Grill—I’ll definitely be back!

Was walking around Mizner Park and stopped here for dinner. Easily got 2 seats at the bar. It’s so nice when it’s not season and you can get seated without a reservation. Dinner was very good. Max’s has always been consistent but now that it’s owned by Kaluz, it’s stepped up a bit. Service is always good and it’s just a nice trendy vibe.
2nd Review A friend and I went to an early dinner here after my hernia surgery. We ordered off of the Happy Hour menu. We both got the cheeseburger, but my friend also ordered the pork slider and the taco. And he ordered another cheeseburger 🍔 and the truffle fries to go to bring to his girlfriend. Fabulous happy hour prices. Great atmosphere too. The waitress was wonderful. I love Max's Grill. It's always packed so I'm guessing everyone loves it too!
1st Review I popped into Max's Grill with a good friend for their Happy Hour. The place is festive and was the bar was packed. We chose inside because it was steamy outside. My friend enjoyed a Caesar's salad with blackened shrimp, and I had the $10 HH cheeseburger. The burger was juicy and delicious ! We will be back here for both the atmosphere and the fun HH menu !

I have been in lots of restaurants but this one exceeded my expectation in every way. All the drinks, food and service were amazing and our waiter CESAR made it perfect for us in every way. Anything you order here is amazing and you can’t miss the unique creme burle that was beyond perfect.
