This location lacks integrity. i love ordering the guava pies and it’s pretty disappointing when you order delivery and when they arrive the pies aren’t cold they’re practically calcified. the pies have prolly been sitting under some lamp for hours. this is not a delivery issue. its really sad hopefully the location on federal is better.

You always gotta check your order after the drive thru!!! I can’t deal with this anymore. Who’s gonna give me my money back for all the times they mess up my order and short me? Where can I even file a claim for a refund? So disappointed.

Today I ordered two combos and when I got home, my BACON Quarter Pounder didn’t even have BACON!!!

They'll get maybe half the orders right. Check all orders, most likely there's a mistake. Do not bother ordering with add-ons or removals (like removing pork or meat), they disregard those personalizations.
