The experience was bizarre. October 31 at around 2am. I ordered a chicken sandwich for $6.39 and had a coupon for a free medium fry. I look at the receipt and see I’m charged $10 because they charged me for 2 fries. When I mentioned I only ordered 1 fry and it was supposed to be free (they scanned the coupon), the cashier tells me “one of them is for me.” I’m not sure what she meant by that, but I certainly didn’t offer nor did I agree to buy anybody food. When I explained I was charged incorrectly, another employee comes over with an attitude as if I’m the one being unreasonable and hands me $3 from the register, while my card was still charged incorrectly. They also won’t take your order in the drive through unless you yell “hello?” after 5 minutes of sitting there.

I really wanted to like this location but it was just too gross too many times. I am spoiled by the Bronx McDonald’s that is run so efficiently and handles a large volume of customers extremely well. The food at this location is just not fresh and sits out too long. The fries are mushy and often there are hairs or pieces of debris from materials like paper or other items found in the food. I really try not too be a Karen or very critical but when you are plucking out multiple hairs, papers, and strips of plastic from food it makes you wonder if you purchased something from a restaurant or dug through the trash to get something to eat. They need to work on better quality control and paying attention to their food prep. The location is great and it is an attractive restaurant. All they have to do is prepare the food better.

I waited 25 minutes in line, got charged for the wrong order, received the wrong food, and when I asked for them to correct the order they told me to “look at my receipt that’s what I ordered” which it definitely was not. I’m very disappointed as my order wasn’t large or complicated. The icing on the cake is that the General Manager Foaline Claude took my order.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This McDonald’s consistently cheats you on French fry orders. I have been there several times and this has happened. They must be telling their employees to pinch the bottom of the containers making appear more full. I would never accuse people of this but I find it funny how it happened all the time lately. After investigating further claims have been made against several McDonald’s in the USA in order to increase profits. How disappointing, you should at least get what you pay for. I order a large fries only to see when I look at the carton in the bag they container is half full. Make sure you take it out of the bag because with pinching the bottom it can appear more full Until you lift it up. I will be complaining to corporate about this location.

I had a bad experience a year ago moving forward my daughter wanted McDonald’s I have recently went back, and I had the pleasure of meeting Jacoby, which was so amazing. His customer service was through the roof 10 out of 10 the food was very fresh the new staff that they have there is very Professional I had a bad encounter more than twice a year ago. I am happy that they have more professional and enthusiastic workers

We were not greeted, so to place an order we had to use the computer. Then we had to wait a long time (20 min) for our small order. No one came out of the kitchen until our order was bagged up. The place was not busy. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Hi, I visited your McDonald’s location just now and had a very disappointing experience. I politely asked for ranch sauce, but the lady at the counter responded very rudely and said ‘this is disgusting, I won’t give it.’ I didn’t even receive one ranch. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude.
