6:00am on a Saturday, drive thru service extremely slow for greeting and taking order, and we were the only ones there at first. Then waiting at window for a good while for attendant. Sausage biscuits tasted old and extremely dry.

I stopped at a location near Hillsboro and got rude attitude from a lady worker. Came to this other one cause I was dummy hungry and bossman was super polite. Need more peeps like that wish he was doin better than food service but we all been there.

Me and my friends were waiting in the drive thru for someone to attend us and this Karen has attitude and started yelling at us. We were waiting for over 20 minutes and she finally answered us, but then she turned off the speaker and we waited for about 10 more minutes trying to figure out why she wasn’t answering us on one line but the other one she was answering everyone who went to that one. It was around 11:56am because me and my friends just arrived from a 24hour day trip from Orlando due to a school event and we were starving and we are not older than 16 so we were really confused I really recommend not to go there and find either a other McDonald or another restaurant. So I recommend you go buy your Big Mac for your Big Mac friend somewhere else.

I will not be going to this one again. Maybe I need to find out who the owner is because he obviously doesn't read the reviews. I was waiting curbside for about 15 minutes, finally went inside and got it! Did I ask for 20 packets of ketchup? No! I asked to have 2 small cokes to be put into 1 cup and he hands me a carrier. I guess they are special needs people...
