orders take forever, nuggets are always terrible like they’ve sat for days, kids always running around making messes and touching your order screen, always out of stock of everything, no receipts ever. Theres no reason to eat here over other fast food besides convenience and it’s never convenient. To add insult to injury they close breakfast earlier than every other mcdonalds on the planet. Its always a waste of time when I come here.

When we arrived all of the employees were outside smoking weed on feb 22 at 1:20 am. Then when we ordered they were rude and couldn't understand what we were asking for. When we arrived to the window to pay they were talking poorly about us over the fact that they couldn't understand our order because they were high. All of the food was wrong and i highly recommend avoiding this location.

They make you park to get your food and then wait for a long time. They do this so it doesn't look like they suck at their job, with the reports. I am going to stop coming here and eat somewhere else.

Its really hit or miss here depending on who's working. I order a coffee at the counter and instead of just making it the gentleman points and yells at me large hot coffee.
The other day I was here, also in the morning. I learned to never, ever order a latte at mcdonalds on the app, or any relatively expensive item at mcdonalds before making sure they have it. The staff was very short and inpatient with me. Would not recommend anything mccafe.
Another update there is no soap in the men's room. So the male employees are just not washing their hands.
Why is there a table service option and tents if they're going to bag the food up anyway?

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had such a terrible experience at McDonald’s that I feel like I have to warn others. First off, the food was extremely cold. It was like it had been sitting out for hours. I tried to go back and speak with the manager about it, but his attitude was shockingly rude. Not only did he ignore my concern about the cold food, but when I mentioned I was also missing my cookie, he completely brushed me off.
Instead of offering to help, he told me to go back to the app and cancel the order there. The problem? It wasn't an option in the app! I called the store to see if I could get any assistance, and again, the manager was rude and unhelpful. His attitude was unnecessary and honestly, unprofessional. This was a completely frustrating experience and I won't be returning anytime soon. Definitely not the service I expect from a major chain.
Avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This McDonald's suck!!!!!! They have a system going that is annoying as hell... When you place your order and you get to the window they'll hand you a ticket and tell you to park at the curbside pickup parking and it sucks because the people that actually placed a curbside pickup order thru the app park there, so you can't park there. You have to look for a parking spot but then when the McDonald's employee comes out with your food they're looking for you.. The way they're running it and doing that messes up everything because the employees are looking for the owner to this meal and that meal... They're the only McDonald's that does this.. they are not organized!!! they need to stop it to be honest because when they gave me a ticket and I had to park in the curbside parking I told them at the window ... please don't forget to put ketchup and they always forget... I have to turn back around to McDonald's to get ketchup... Oh and they always mess up the order too.. i just hate goin there but have no choice because i work next to it
