I understand we're talking about McDonald's however,, That being said you can tell they never ever clean the soda machine. The soda always taste disgusting always a multitude of flavors never the flavor you order. For instance, ordering sprite gets you orangish flavored sprite or just a grimy oily tasting Sprite. If you order Coca-Cola, that's a new mystery flavor that they've come up with. Also, be very careful if you pay with cash; even though the register tells them exactly what to give you as change, they look at you like you're giving them foreign object they've never encountered before and are still confused while counting out change. I've gone through the drive-through multiple times and asked for NO mustard and received my sandwich with mustard and have to get out of my car and go inside, defeating the whole point of me ordering from the drive-through.

This is genuinely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They never have breakfast, the workers are so rude. Service is terrible. This McDonald's should be gone!

Customer service was severely lacking they couldn't figure out how to fix their error that they entered into the computer. I ordered lunch and they charged me for breakfast and because they couldn't figure out how to correct the mathematical error they gave me small fries instead of large to make up for their mistake as to not loose their money.... Pathetic. Language barrier was an issue. Unjust service & will not return. Basically robbed me without hesitation.

This mcdonalds is one of the worst in the area. Lazy employees and one was coughing all over the place non stop, no mask. The restaurant also smells like it needs a deep cleaning.

McDonald’s is knows for not the best customer service but this location wins for the most lazy unprofessional employees… I’m working in a grooming van i CANNOT go through drive through so i order curbside mind you it was drizzling cause it was raining earlier… I’m waiting and waiting i look up the lady is hand gesturing me to go to the drive through i explained i can’t still after 20mins still no food so i drive up to the store and finally the guy starts coming out with my food drink was gross watered down from just sitting there food was soggy and cold … unbelievable just because they didn’t want to get wet last time i checked rain is just water not acid it’s ok to get wet and most McDonald’s I’ve gone to provide their employees with rain jackets so this was just PURE LAZINESS… disgusting i can’t wait till robots take over these people jobs …

Unacceptable customer service. Ordered an Ice cream cone, the cone was nearly half melted on to the napkin. I ask for a new cone and the employee (she) replies back " what's the big deal" This is unacceptable customer service. Thank you to the manager, but the employee should know better.. What ever happened to critical thinking or common sense?
