I waited 13 minutes at the drive-thru menu waiting on someone to answer me at 3:33pm today. I finally just pull up. The lady at the first window was nice and took my order and apologized. I get to window 2 and the lady has an immediate attitude, complaining about the customer who went off over no one answering the drive thru.
