This McDonald's is mid to low grade. I waited about 40 minutes in line at a 2 car drive thru and pickup windows location?? What is going on. What made it worse is how there's always that one person stuck on their phone that let people cut in front of them when merging back into 1 lane after ordering at the drive thru. This lady let 2 cars at least cut her off, I actually had to honk the horn lol. She couldn't keep her eyes off of her phone. Besides that, my French fries were cold and the burger was mid.

I have to say I like this McDonald's I eat here regularly for the last few years and I haven't gotten an incorrect order in over a year maybe 2 now I don't go late after midnight so much anymore But they are definitely one of the more well run and professional McDonald's out there. The quality is always consistent which is why I feel comfortable to keep coming back. Regarding the wait times, it's not like they are slow on purpose. They get backed up during peak times like lunch and dinner when everyone is getting off work and also late at night, there aren't many options around here open late that offer the same quality and consistency and with online ordering I'm sure they get slammed and backed up often

I wanted to stop by to eat Mc Spicy Chicken sandwich. The bun was a little burnt but overall I liked the sandwich. I also tried the new wrap, it is good. Until someone comes with a better recipe for fries, I'll keep lovin it.

Whoever the African America man was working at the second window for night shift at approximately 1AM is very RUDE! I tried to explain that my iced coffee wasn’t made correctly and he kept cutting me off mid sentence asking me what do I want and what do I need. This company should be ashamed at how bad the customer service is here. This is not the first time this place was very rude!

I go 30mins out of my way to go to this McDonald’s twice a week. This McDonald’s always has the BEST atomosphere and customer service. Sean and Robert always serve me with a smile and they make each meal feel like a happy meal! My wife thinks I’m crazy for going out of my way to this McDonald’s, these two young gentlemen make each experience worth the drive. A smile is worth a mile. Well done McDonald’s federal highway. :)

I was craving Mc Donald's fries. Tried to use the app. After 2 upgrades 20 minits of waisted time couldn't place the proper order. I drove to the store ordered a #1mediun with a coke. Plus a cheese burger no mustard. She rang up big Mac med fries med coke cheese burger medium fry and medium coke. Not my order. Finally #1 med and a cheese burger no mustard. Bun for the big mack was stale. Fries which I was craving were COLD. Cheese burger had too much onion and too much ketchup to eat. Thank you for screwing up the fries I will never crave those. I expected better and feel sory the co has dropped so low.
