Just to let your management know the amount of citric acid preservative you guys put in your egg mixture was way to much and made every meal I ordered for my family with egg in it inedible. Also they shorted me a hash brown. I'm guessing you are going to get a lot more of these complaints today.

Only rating two stars because most of the employees are nice compared to other locations but food safety isn’t top priority here it seems because the chicken is not thoroughly cooked.. Absolutely disgusted after this.

This used to be my favorite Mcdonalds. Grew up going here after school.

The corporate change from the theme restaurant was a terrible decision. Its cold and unwelcoming. Its also been rather dirty. Bathrooms unkept, floors and tables dirty over flowing trash bins. Somewhat depressing to see. Additionally, the searing layout sucks.

Service: everyone here is typically trying their best. But sometimes during rushes the service falls short. Food takes long periods of time or quality inconsistent. Which should be impossible at a Mcdonalds. However, the people are genuinely trying but there can be improvements behind the counter instead of the staff yelling at each other over the machines.

Food is hit or miss. If not busy hours its standard fair. If busy it ranges from not getting what you ordered to just terrible. Additionally, unsure why but at this location they treat ketchup packets and mustard like gold. I get its to cut costs but when I have ordered fifteen sandwiches and fries for my family one packet to share and smacking your lips when we ask for more is ridiculous and rude.

Dry Clean Express of Boca

$26.47 for myself and granddaughter. She had a happy meal, mcflurry and 1 hamburger. A FinanceBuzz analysis found that McD's menu prices increased by 60% on average between 2014 and 2024, which is almost double the national inflation rate. But hey... Granddaughter loves McD, so Grandpa agrees to take her there. Needless to say, McD should be classified as luxury fast food.

The owner should properly train his employees instead of worrying about politics. And if he's so concentrating on politics, then maybe he should have one of his other family members Train his employees. When they take orders and then just stand there and not even help out. I have issues with that. But apparently that's the way they were trained. They only take orders even though there's a hundred people standing in the dining room waiting on their food

I have never experienced something like I did tonight from the General Manager Carolina Zalamar. She is the most unprofessional, combative, over talks you even said oh my god to me and hung up with no good bye.

Fabian is under Carolina , he is professional, so kind and should be the General Manager at this location. He is so valuable and knows how to speak to people with kindness and understanding.
I went through the drive thru at 1:59 today and ordered a meal. I gave the person at the first window cash and when he gave me change he ended up giving me a counterfeit $ 20 dollar bill,
It was then confiscated from me the next place I used it.
I called Fabian first and let him know what happened and he had taken it to the general manager as she was at the window when I received my cash.

Carolina calls me up basically calling me a liar that her cash drawer was not short so when I started to explain to her that her drawer wouldn’t be short and what had happened she basically rudely accused me of not telling the truth and I will never prove that.
What I can prove is security elsewhere let me take a photo of the marking on the 20 they gave me and it had a black M on it.
Turns out that black M was not a sharpie that was a counterfeit marking that should have drawn a red flag to this McDonald’s.

She is horrible her behavior was unnecessary calling me a liar without saying the words but being combative and over speaking me constant unacceptable.
I wasn’t even looking for my money from my food back or anything free.
I just want my $ 20 dollars back I have proof it came from their store.
And she kept saying I checked the cameras I checked the cameras if she checked closely she will see that bill marked that was later taken from me and my ID being written down.

This I am sure is not the only counterfeit going through their location.

I’ll be taking this to corporate.
She needs to quit and this location needs to move Fabian up to her position.

This place is horrible, they mess up almost every order. They then try to pull you over so they stay within there time frames on drive thru. There is a lack of management and employees need to be crossed train properly. Orders need to be checked for accuracy. You must open every order at this place. Drive thru is even worse. I’m sure this review will not have any impact on there poor service. This place doesn’t seem to care and owners are non existent. Giving this franchise a bad name guys. Need to get your employees culture right. Just terrible management!!
