One of the worst McDonald's to ever go to. They have no respect for customers. There's two lines for ordering, and they don't even know how to rotate they let two or three cars in one line go then they'll let the other person in the other line go then they go back to two or three cars in the other line. they are completely clueless or they do it out of spite because they don't like their job. I don't know what it is but if you don't like your job, find another damn job instead of being miserable and making other people have to suffer because of you being so damn miserable. Something wrong with people in South Florida there really is lazy lazy people with an I don't care attitude. It's pretty disturbing.

March 2024. i typically am grabbing food at 2:00-3:00 am, and this location is one of the options i use. I only use the app for mcdonald’s purchases, at the end of the day, you never have to pay complete full price when using the app. the last two visits i have ordered in the app and upon arrival at the drive through been told “the system is down, cash only”. the order i placed and paid for in the app will not be honoured. what an inconvenience.

It surprises me that this property hasn't undergone the modern renovations that are common in the area. Well, whatever, even if there's a wait, they work just as fast and accurately as they should, given my request.

First off, I realize we're talking fast food here, and it's not as much as the taste, as it is the blatant disregard for what we get vs what we pay for. Only reason I'm writing this is because it has happened to me almost every time I drive thru to pay and pick up my order. Employees are always kind and respectful, but it stops there. When it comes to food preparation, the employees lack care, and when the dollar bill does not go very far these days, I (we the public) should get what we pay for! There's not much you can get wrong with the main items on the menu, HOWEVER, EVERY single time I visit, wether it's a large fry or medium fry I get with my combo, the fry container is ALWAYS HALF FULL! When I buy a large combo meal, I end up with a large fry container with medium sized contents! When I order a medium combo meal, I end up with a medium fry container with small sized contents! Management needs to step up and train their employees better, unless they're training their employees to cheat the public by filling fry orders half empty! This is not a joke...imagine how much money this location is saving by filling every customer's fry order half empty! Oh, just one more thing, their Sprite has been tasting like chemicals lately, so not sure if their cleaning out their soda machines with chemicals and not rinsing the machines properly because there's definitely signs of some sort of cleaning agent in the Sprite MANAGEMENT, this is on you...you need to make this right.

THE WORST. Went there a little after 1am and let me tell you it was not good. We live down the street and will not return. The McFlurry was just ice cream with Oreos on top. I had to mix it myself. The sprite that came with our meal was club soda. Overall a poor quality.
