I went here today and asked for a McRib meal and the man rudely said “Is that on the menu?!!” Then proceeded to order another two meals. I get to the window and inform the gentleman that I was short a drink. He then said give me your fry back because he only charged you for one meal. Isn’t taking food back after it’s left the window completely NOT ALLOWED!!? I wonder how the FDA would respond to this.

Horrible this evening, I will say the lady at the drive-through is always on point! But I will tell you the rest of the house was not great. I ordered a double cheese burger. No pickles, and they left off the onions....... I asked for 2 sauces each, as my kids would prefer rather than a handful of Ketchup. But they told me I could only have 1 extra even after stating, I was willing to pay for additional........ Crazy!!!! They weren't even willing to charge me, and then I ordered a sweet tea, thinking that it was going to be good. This time, but for some reason, at this location, it is always garbage, and the fries had absolutely NO SALT!!!!!
Have a great night. Hopefully, the staff sees this, and maybe next time, they will be willing to charge the extra 59 cents for a sauce or @least be willing to add salt to the fries so they could have that great mcdonald's taste!!!! . As opposed to telling a customer, no, I won't charge you etrxa......

Over charged for a med mocha frappe, not only had the prices going up but the sizes have gone down. When I asked a simple question if this was the correct size because the cup said the size below it I was giving attitude from multiple employees for asking a question. I don't appreciate being belittled especially when I'm the customer funding you're paycheck. It does not bother me to take my business elsewhere especially in these times. FAFO have a blessed day and remember there's always another business that's willing to take your money.
