I knew as soon as I walked in the door I was going to be transported back to Sicily. The panino selection is outstanding.

This is such a beautiful area and store. It’s so nice to sit outside and enjoy a coffee or antipasti. My family loves coming here.

This place is a hidden gem!! What an absolutely wonderful experience we had here. We wondered in here for lunch one day and were so happy we did. We walked in and were kindly greeted by the people working there and they answered all the questions we had. They had plenty of different food and goodies in the display cases. We first got lunch and I will be honest, I can't remember exactly the sandwiches we got but I do know they were absolutely delicious. I specifically remember the bread being very delicious and all the ingredients being so fresh. If you like fresh cold Italian sandwiches you'll be in amazing hands here. Also, the decor and ambiance of this place is so amazing. It was very relaxing and homey and just a very cute place altogether. We also ended up getting dessert which was just okay. The cannoli had a very light, almost merengue-like filling which I didn't love. I also got some leaf-cookies which weren't my favorite either but despite this it was still a wonderful experience. They have a ton of food and beverage items for sale including different cooking ingredients like olive oil, dressings, delicious sour cherries, and much more! This is a very nice place that I would suggest anyone to try! Thanks!

I've been here twice in two weeks - because it's so good. The cafe is small, quaint and spotless and the sole employee was helpful and friendly. The intimate dining area is a little different but comfortable.I've had Panini's and Pizza here as well as a few desserts and while the desserts didn't floor me the other items did.The Chicken Panini is excellent and better than most regional versions Though it is not on hero bun it reminded of NYC hero shops and that's because of the high quality sandwich. On my second visit the Panini was not as good as the first time but it was still better than other South Florida shops. The Pizza is like Sicilian style and unlike just about every pizza place in South Florida - the Sicilian was good. Fresh ingredients and good cheese made this a winner with dough that had a nice crispy and charred base. I liked the pizza so much that I ordered several slices to go, however for some reason it does not travel well so it's best to eat while in the cafe.Check out Mercato Italiano in the Royal Palm Plaza. It is hidden in a quiet walkway on the Southeast side of the shopping center.

The most friendly Italian market! In fact, it's why we made the trip from Orlando (and for the sister cafe, Cosa Duci). Truly authentic, everyone speaks Italian. Paninis, wine, cappuccino and Italian cookies. (The mortadella sandwich brought back memories of a trip to Tuscany.) A charming patio for outdoor dining, but there are a few tables inside as well. Yesterday afternoon we had delicious Italian wine, today we had the lunch special, followed by the most satisfying cappuccinos. We enjoyed visiting with the owner. She made these out-of-towners feel welcome, as she does every time we come. This place is tucked away in Royal Palm but worth the search ??

Owner reached out to me about my review. She apologized for the "mistake" and refunded my payment. Pretty classy. Thank you.

Great find! And right in the center of Boca! Friends had told us about this place so we took a walk and found it. A nice little gem of a place. The owner is friendly and the selection of some Italian pastries was great with a cappuccino. There is a nice menu of paninis, salads and small plates. Highly recommend!

Food is fresh, inviting and delicious. I feel like I stepped in Italy for lunch here in Boca Raton. I can also shop for fine Italian pasta, biscotti, jarred special sauces. And much more too include excellent wine choices and delicious coffee.

Absolute best sandwich spot in the area. As a born and bred Italian, this is as authentic as it gets. The bread, the meats, the cheese was all incredible. The service was top notch. I can't say enough just go there immediately and get the mortadella and buratta!!!

Once we found this hidden gem, parking and location is confusing, had to call and ask for help with directions! Very nice ladies to greet and serve you. Honey ate all of his pizza and I really enjoyed the artichoke and spinach quiche, been craving. They felt bad for our lost frustration and gave us a cappuccino, more yummy. They have neat items for sale and very reasonable price.
