Mia Rosebud in Boca Raton offers a distinctive dining experience with impressive decor and lighting, making it suitable for romantic dinners or gatherings. The well-dressed crowd enjoys delicious food, including fresh fish, tasty chicken, and a must-try bolognese. Customers have raved about the famous meatball salad, which is flavorful and crisp, and the veal chop parmigiana, pounded to perfection and a true highlight. The atmosphere allows for pleasant conversations, although some have noted that the noise level can be extremely high, making it hard to talk at times. The friendly staff generally offers good service, with some guests appreciating the knowledgeable and attentive waiters. The menu features a variety of well-prepared dishes, including Eggplant Parmesan and Nonna's 8 finger cavatelli with broccoli rabe, garlic, and evoo, both served in generous portions with quick service. The wine list is reasonable, though some have mentioned that the Nero d'Avola was served a bit too chilled. Desserts like banana cream pie and tiramisu are highly recommended. The restaurant's ambiance and offerings make it a good find for those seeking flavorful Italian and American dishes in a lively setting. The chef, who is right out of Chicago, can certainly cook, as evident in the delicious Branzino, crispy and delicious bread, and the enormous and superb chicken special. Customers have also enjoyed the pizza with Italian sausage, caramelized bananas with banana pudding, and the classic tiramisu.
