1st time visit. heard mixed reviews about food and service. you must see for yourself. negative reviews proved untrue. food was excellent and creative. service was not amazing but totally fine with all orders coming out promptly hot and delicious. only complaint was cocktail glasses and martini glasses seemed smaller than normal. not good pours compared to other similar restaurants and noise level was very loud. otherwise excellent meal.

Food was delicious, our server was very professional and accommodating. My only complaint was the table was too big for 6 people, it was difficult to talk because we were too far apart, and the restaurant is very noisy, because the ceilings are low. I would certainly go back.

The service was outstanding with the waiter being very knowledgeable and other staff very attentive to our needs especially when refilling water promptly. The food was presented nicely and portions were huge and very tasty. The only downside to the restaurant was it was extremely noisy and no need for further noise with the addition of loud background music.

We are long time residents of Boca Raton and looked forward to dining at Mia Rosebud as we had previously enjoyed dining at their Chicago locations. However, we were somewhat apprehensive given the mixed reviews. The staff and manager made us feel most welcome. We found the service and food to be exceptional. I am rather particular about Italian cuisine. The mussels were fresh and well prepared in white wine and garlic sauce. I ordered the Branzino, which tasted like it was caught hours before and authentically prepared as if I were in Venice. My wife ordered the Veal Milanese, which was quite excellent. Most important, we shared a side order of pasta with a fresh tomato sauce, all accompanied by a recommended Super Tuscan that was recommended by the Italian manager. We live nearby and look forward to returning there often!

Went to Mia Rosebud while on vacation in Florida and it was a total letdown. The hostess was super rude right off the bat, and it didn't get any better. Our server seemed like they had no clue what they were doing, and with the prices they're charging, you'd expect way better. The food? Overpriced. I ordered a steak and it came out almost raw. Honestly, there are tons of better Italian places around. Save yourself the hassle and skip this spot.

You feel the energy of the restaurant as soon as you walk in. So definitely a 5 for atmosphere. The food we ordered was very good. My husband had the grilled calamari appetizer which he claimed is one of the best calamari dishes he's ever had. I shared a chopped wedge which was a very generous portion and also very good. Can feed three people easily. Entrees were The Jumbo Crab Cake, Chicken Braciole, and a Snapper special. All were delicious. The only drawback to our experience was the service. Our waiter and his assistant seemed to be very overwhelmed. It took quite awhile to get our cocktails from a very quiet bar area, we had to ask for items several times before they were brought to the table and my food wound up getting cold because I had asked for some condiments that took forever to arrive. All in all I think we'd go back but we have decided to wait a few more weeks because I believe they may still be working out some kinks with their staff.

Indulging in our inaugural visit to this establishment, we opted for an array of dishes from the menu, each brimming with anticipation. To our pleasant surprise, the food materialized swiftly despite the bustling ambiance, a testament to the kitchen's efficiency. Unlike the customary waiting period of at least 45 minutes elsewhere, our starters arrived promptly, setting the tone for a remarkable dining experience. The pasta dishes we sampled surpassed all expectations, with the skirt steak and chicken Milanese emerging as unparalleled highlights, boasting flavors that lingered long after the last bite. Notably, the quality of ingredients shone through, elevating each dish to gastronomic excellence. While the service may have room for improvement, my focus remained steadfast on the culinary delights before me. Undoubtedly, I am drawn back by the allure of the food itself. Thus, despite any minor service hiccups, my return visits are assuredly motivated by the delectable fare offered. This establishment unequivocally earns its place as a must-visit destination for American Italian cuisine enthusiasts in Florida. Prepare to be astounded by generous portions that promise to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. In summary, an unforgettable culinary journey awaits, beckoning guests to return time and again.

There is way better Italian in the boca area! Our food was delivered undercooked, the waiter was terrible did not refresh water or bring plates to even eat off of. We will not return

This was my first experience at Mia Rosebud and maybe my last from the Bartender who looked totally lost to the manager who made sure the server charged us a sharing fee for a subpar salad I was picking at ? Update after a couple of more trips to the restaurant The Food and Service was much better ….

very good experience they sat outside. It's kind of noisy from the cars but not as bad as inside which very noisy the way it was excellent he was very accommodating and very helpful. The food was very good. I had a salad with fish horn. It was delicious. The rest of us had pasta which we all liked and the other salad was the meatball salad which was also delicious. I will definitely move back. This is a place that is moderate to expensive so it's good for everyone in the service and food is exactly what it is like in Chicago valet parking is $10 they collected immediately but there are places to park if you look around

I felt the restaurant was way to dark decor wise for South Florida. As for my dish that I had ordered it had WAY too much sauce on the pasta. I will comeback and try it again only this time I will ask for the sauce on the side.

After reading some of the reviews, we were worried about the service, turns out, nothing to worry about. Our waiter Larry and his right hand man, Omar were fabulous. We had one issue with an appetizer order, and the female Manager was confused and made the situation worse and took away from the atmosphere, but it was all cleared up in the end. Standouts were the scallop special served puttanesca style and the mussels in spicy red sauce. They were excellent. The kitchen made me cioppino, even though it wasn't on the menu, and it was amazing and fresh. Drinks were good however, the speed from bar to table was a bit slow. I recommend ordering far before you're finished and ready for another. The ambiance is great. We will be back!

I was a bit hesitant to try - especially on a Sunday night given some of the negative reviews. Well it turned out to be a great night with everything getting pretty high marks. Our server was phenomenal - witty, professional and very accommodating. They have a vast wine selection (nice to see a good representation of Italians). There are plenty of reasonably priced white and reds to choose from - we had the Vermentino from Sardinia. Overall food was very fresh, beautifully prepared and delicious. We had the fresh papparadelle pasta , short ribs and polenta and veal Milanese. Only small gripe was Veal Milanese was perfectly pounded and fried - however there is NO need to put melted Parmesan cheese on it - crushes its authenticity and it creates an odd taste especially that it's served with lemon. You can't squeeze fresh lemon on top of melted cheese ?. There's already a veal parm on the menu. Will definitely be back!

Sausage & peppers great. Chicken Vesuvio dry & not up to par. Very little tasteless chicken. Other food unremarkable Very disappointed. Made this reservation for Pennie's birthday. The receptionist actually volunteered that information when checking in. But no follow up. This was our second visit in 2 weeks. Last time food better but air conditioning dripped on my shirt. I got an apology. I'm from Chicago and have been going to many of the Rosebud for 50 years. Mia has a lot of work to do.
