Terrible experience new owner food was terrible service was great as we had the same wonderful server we know. New owner was there but ignored the people that often dine there an only walked over to the people he most obviously invited. We will not go back. This is a shame for a restaurant we loved and dined at twice a month.
We are regulars here. Tonight, we brought along another couple. Yellow tail Snapper, Swordfish and Ribs were excellent. Alex was our waiter and did a good job. Everyone also enjoyed the famous biscuits. One suggestion, the Bar Tender needs to learn how to make Mocktails. Many patrons are asking for them today. Will return soon.
We've been here before and always liked it. Last night the steak and prime rib were awful. We had to send it back. One was too rare and one was overcooked but ice cold. Both dishes were over $50. Very disappointed. Today we aren't feeling good. We spent a lot of money and are very disappointed. Waiter was very nice.
When we arrived the hostess was extremely rude I had requested a round table for 8 was not given that . My husband has a hearing issue and said can we at least sit in the back room where is is not as noisy She said No Last time we go there after 20 years
Always enjoy visiting Susie and her great staff at the Grille.. food and service excellent superb!
Have been going to Grille on Congress for four years and have never been disappointed -- food excellent and a FULL plate (sometimes good for two dinners) -- and their opening biscuits are heaven-sent -- almost a meal by themselves -- service always attentive and timely -- drinks are always perfectly prepared.
I ordered Swordfish Picata but needed to change out the spinach. Waiter indicated there would be a $3 up charge which I declined ...when food arrived there was no sauce on the pasta. While the fish was tasty , the whole experience was "weird". Not my usual experience at this restaurant.
Our server was outstanding! The food was good. The spinach artichoke dip was a bit gloopy and seems like it had too much corn starch or something to thicken it up. The breading on the chicken was delicious but too thick and soggy. The lemon sauce was runny and not that lemony. My friend ordered the fish special and she seemed to enjoy it. The wine pour was generous. It was quite loud due to the amount of tables being so close and it was quite crowded, which is good.
As usual The Grille never disappoints A great neighborhood place with great food Murray s chicken can't be beat A Must eat
We live out of state, and dine here on every visit. We found GoC by accident a few years ago, and love it there. Great food, great service, great vibe.

Been here a few times for food off the menu. Average at best. But be warned stay away from prime rib night. Disaster.
We dine here often and the food, wine, and service is always top notch. Love the biscuits!
Definite decline from excellent to good in food. Paid an up charge for spinach and had mash potatoes as a result of not have mixed vegetables or baked potato as stated on the menu. Server appeared annoyed when questioned why spinach was not packed with leftover food especially since there was an up charge. Despite the server having an attitude, we left a 20% tip.
Overall the restaurant still lived up to its long standing resilience. The biscuits were smaller than I remembered but still worth going for. My salad greens were fresh and crisp. I will definitely go back again.
Usually very good. Tonight was an outlier by usual standards. Salmon was overdone and dry. Service, as usual was excellent. Corey is terrific
