You have a choice of Chicken, Beef or Ham & Cheese Emapandas
Ordered 2 Ham & Cheese Emapandas.
Great crust, thin, light & crispy for sure. Definitely not greasy at all. No concerns there
However, all ham, no cheese made it quite salty. Cheese would have cut the saltiness . The lack of cheese in the Emapandas, where my only disappointment
Also, I ordered
A Cubanai & Media Noche Cubania
The difference between the is that The Media Noche is made w a sweet bread and a regular Cubana is made with cuban bread loaf.
Both are extremely delightful
With plenty of pork and cheese with the brine of the pickles.
The MediaNoche came out in flavor with the sweetness from the grilled bread.
I ordered both to taste the difference
If you prefer a bit of sweetness, then I'd order the Medianoche again and again.
If you prefer old school Cubana, then go with the Cuban
Both burst with flavor
And I'd order either one again and again.
I definitely would give 5 stars for food, if there where cheese in the Emapandas

My Hubby brings home shakes and pasta guavas, etc very tasty, fresh, home made Cuban food.beans and rice, delicious.

Recommended dishes: Cuban Sandwich

Only open four days a week, so plan to it (Th, Fr, Sa, Su). It is well worth the stop on Palmetto just west of 441, on the westbound side. Cuban sandwich is incredible, wife likes the empanadas. They've got great shakes (vanilla for this gringo, guava for my wife). I will go any time I can!

I love a great cuban coffee. They didn't disappoint! And the empanada were very flavourful. I'll be back to try a couple sandwiches soon.

It’s a delicious Cuban food truck. Simple. You want amazing tasting Cuban coffee? How about fruit smoothies? They’ve got them!Haven’t tried their food but it looks on point. Maybe one day soon!

Super friendly, great prices and delicious food. Sandwiches are huge and under $10 each.
