Good food. Everything is made fresh so the waits are a bit long. We came in April and it was so hot. We waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. It was unbearably hot. Ambience, comfort, temperature, everything affects the taste of the food. I would have enjoyed it more if I was not standing in the hot sun for 30 minutes. I know- it's a food truck. They can't help it. I get it. Definitely 5 stars for the food.

It's really good Cuban food for a cheap price. I tried their beef empanada and Cuban Sandwich. Both were on point and frankly a bit better than what I had in Little Havana a couple of days earlier. An awesome choice for a quick delicious lunch in your car.

Amazing little stop on Palmetto that I would have never expected! Delicious and LARGE Cuban and the ham and cheese croquettes are super tasty. Was super thirsty and ordered a lemonade, it came frozen and was a perfect treat to quench my thirst. Will stop again!

DELICIOUS! The truck was a little difficult to find at first but it was on palmetto slightly west of 441. Food was made in under 10 min! Cuban sandwich was huge and so good! I also got a beef empanada which was very good.

The cook needs to add more flavor to everything. My wife and I were looking hard for some good Cuban food and came across this food truck. I ordered a media Noche sandwich and my wife ordered the palomilla steak with rice and beans. We also got some tostones and maduros. It really didn't taste at all like cuban food.
