Steaks could have used a bit more seasoning. Key lime pie was well below expectation.

Went with another couple for dinner. Waiter was very nice and professional. I believe his name was Gabe.I ordered a filet medium-well with a side a spinach light garlic. While it did take a long time to get our meal it was not a big issue. Unfortunately, I received a rare filet with spinach loaded with garlic. They took my meal and side back to return with the same steak now re-heated and burned on the outside. As everyone else was getting near the end of their meal I decided to eat anyway until I ran into a large piece of fat so I returned the steak and said I was no longer hungry.I was then visited by an unprofessional manager who then started challenging me why I returned the steak and that they cannot credit the money back because I ate too much of it. When I tried to explain that I did not want an uncomfortable situation he felt the need to keep pressing the issue until I had to tell him to do whatever he wanted to do. This made the other people joining me at the table very uncomfortable. They did finally credit the steak but sad that we were treated this way.I would highly recommend staying away from this Mortons. They apparently do not know how to treat a customer who had two things done incorrectly with his meal.

I work for Paul Bange roofing and was inquiring about setting up a party at Morton’s. I spoke to Clancy and she was awesome. She helped me and went over everything for over 30 minutes with me. She was very patient as I was writing things down as she spoke. I did need up going to the restaurant to eat so I can check out the environment. When I got seated , the server was Kevin and he was amazing!! He spoke about all the specials and his favorite as well. We felt like he was just serving us personally. Thanks to Clancy and Kevin for making this a great experience. Our company will be booking a future event at Morton’s! 10 Star encounter!!

Tremendous food, tremendous atmosphere, and even better employees. I was greeted by Clancy at the front desk when I arrived. She was so warm, friendly and made you feel like you knew her personally. She made the experience unique.Kevin took care of us, and was second to none. Top notch customer service, friendly, fun, and knew every detail on the menu. I personally take pride in being knowledgeable with your job, and Kevin even blew me away with his knowledge on the items. Will 100% be coming back!

Wow! The food here is incredible, only topped by the service. If you have the opportunity, sit at the bar and get a cocktail from Nick.. Might be the best bartender in South Florida!!

Amazing incredible outstanding in every facet of Morton's, the best always stays the best you can't compete with tradition quality service. Elegant design and my waiter Tommy was priceless.their name will live on forever and unparalleled excellence and commitment.

Previous manager, John, who was GREAT is gone. Side portions were much smaller and EXPENSIVE. Staff is trying their best but overall experience was still very disappointing. The Landry's coupon system is very confusing and a disaster in my opinion. I loved this restaurant but it's off our list.

Mediocre bone-in NY strip. Honestly a very disappointing dinner experience.

My boyfriend and I went to dinner at Morton's Steakhouse on February 10, 2024, to celebrate both our anniversary and Valentine's Day. When we arrived at 7:30 at the restaurant and advised the hostess of our reservation, we were seated right away; both the bar and all of the dining rooms were very crowded. Our server, although friendly and polite, seemed very nervous, and was sweating profusely when he greeted us and inquired about drinks. Although all of the other servers in our area seemed dry and composed, our server was sweating all evening, and was using his sleeve to mop his face and head. While waiting for our beverages to be served, we noticed our server topple his tray, and spill the entire contents of a drink onto a man at another table. We were served water, and subsequently our server brought us soft drinks and took our meal order. After that it seemed like our server forgot about us. It was over a half hour later, and we noted that several tables around us had been served bread, and we had not. Shortly after asking another server for bread, we were served our crab cocktail appetizer. This came with no sauces, and no clarified butter. When we inquired about this, our server said that this dish was usually served without sauces; we found this very strange, but when we asked, our server did bring us some. The crab meat was not sweet, and the appetizer was pretty tasteless. After we finished, we waited for over an hour for our dinner to be served. Our server promised us numerous times that our dinner would be served momentarily. When it finally arrived, all of our food was cold. When we let the server know, he said that his manager would come to the table right away to speak to us. My boyfriend and I were disgusted and tired at that point, and we just wanted to pay the check for the food we had and leave. The manager did not come over to talk to us, but after about 15 minutes or so, she came over with replacement meals that we really were not in the mood for. We ate them anyway, and honestly, the steaks were pretty mediocre, the onion rings were overcooked, and the bleu cheese butter was green, extremely salty, and inedible. Our server gave us a dessert for our anniversary, but it certainly did not make up for the lousy food and service we received that night. I'll end this review by saying, $240 with tip for a meal with no alcohol that was this bad - we will definitely not be going back.

We have dined at Mortons in 3 different states. Always outstanding. This week in Boca Raton, my husband's filet was perfect, my sea bass was delicious. Our waiter, Victor was outstanding!

I take giving reviews very seriously. I have never rated a 10. However, I am pleased to write that the entire evening was a 10. The food was cooked to perfection and what made the evening great (and I'm sure some people could understand this ) was the server (Maria )was exceptional. It was our anniversary. And Maria made it a perfect evening from her suggestions of wine to her timing of each course. And remember this was Boca.

The steak was a ribeye 16oz. It was very thin with gristle. It didn't taste like a top prime piece of meat. It was not great. Caeser salad was bland. Needed more lemon to brighten it up. Sides were great: creamed spinach and corn casserole. Dessert was a four layer giant piece of cake, yummy , took home 1/2. Our waiter was great. Top notch service
