Mystic Lobster Roll Co Boca Raton

My boyfriend and I were looking for a hot lobster roll in the Boca Raton area and we happened to see an ad for Mystic Lobster.
We walked in, and there wasn't a soul there. We asked for the Hot Lobster roll. we wanted fries as our side, none available.
We were only offered a bag of chips, but our only choice was barbecue chips. He wanted soup, I believe it was clam chowder but again it wasn't available. We had to go sit outside as there are no tables inside. The total for two lobster rolls and a soda and chips came to approximately 100.00.Our biggest mistake was going in the place to begin with when we were told everything we asked for besides the hot lobster roll was not available. Who knows, maybe the lobster roll wasn't really lobster. The owner came out and apologized for everything, but in stead of giving us a reduced bill, he gave us a discount for next time. Well guess what! There will be never be a next time.
The whole meal was an absolute joke! We are shocked that he is still open. I felt so bad that my boyfriend paid 100.00 for a terrible meal. We should have walked out!!!!

Stopped in there to pick up a lobster roll. It was pretty good. But when I couldn't believe is this crazy Karen customer was going nuts on the sweet little grandma that worked there cussing her out. I took a video in case the police had to be called. Once again the lady that works there is absolutely a sweet little grandma viciously attacked by a Karen! I've only seen stuff up on YouTube this bad!. If you go there please give the sweet lady an extra tip after what she has to go through.

This place was amazing last year when I visited, and I was so excited to bring my partner back to show them. I was extremely disappointed by how completely different the experience was. The portion was significantly smaller than what It was before, and the service was nowhere near what it was last time. On top of that, I paid way more for so much less. I was so disappointed.

This is very poor quality lobster. Ordered the CT lobster roll. It’s supposed to be served warm, and buttered. It was somewhat cold and very fishy. The cashier who took the order went in back to prepare the food. Heard the microwave open and close several times. To me this was a bad sign. The kitchen should be open for such a small business but theres a wall dividing. No one was there but us. Another red flag. Took the food outside to eat and was swarmed with flies. I really wanted to like the place but it was terrible. Don’t know how they stay in business. I’ll never go back

You just hate to hear the microwave door opening and closing. “Beep beep beep”

I still ate my whole lobster roll. It wasn’t bad. But don’t use a microwave.

My mother and I both had hot lobster rolls today, so that doesn’t make any sense at all. And I also had the clam chowder with my role so I’m guessing the clam chowder is what was microwaved. Either way don’t use a microwave.

I came here for a lobster roll. Side street near beach … bridge over intracoastal. Tables are dirty, worn and rickety. The gal behind the counter was not happy to be there - certainly not thrilled we were there. Flinched when I ask for hot butter to drizzle over lobster. She talked condescendingly to us as tho we were an annoyance - all that for disappointing measly bit of lobster. Hardly any meat! But the flavor was good. Sorry -Not an experience I want to repeat. 😕

Wayyyyy too expensive for what you get. For $30 you get a roll that wouldn’t fill up a small child. There is much better for much cheaper in the area. Will not be coming back until they change the prices.

For Fathers Day we ordered the lobster rolls, lobster bisque, and lobster mac n cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
