I was having dinner couple weeks ago con my friend, I requested some pasta with salsa bolognesa, OMG almost have a heart attack and how much sodium this food had. The Manager very kind came and apologize and we got a free dessert in compensation, but also was no good. Probably weeks sitting down, the cream was not cream anymore was very dense and we can really enjoy our visit.

I am not sure why this place does not show up as a restaurant or a breakfast place. It is absolutely AMAZING!

We stayed at Marriott around the corner and I was looking for a place to have quality food for breakfast in a nice atmosphere. We ended up walking from the hotel to see what shops and cafes they had and stumbled upon Narbona. Lucky us!

The place is beautiful and welcoming. It originated in Uruguay in 1909 and has several restaurants around the world. Boca Raton is one of them.

They were not busy when we visited and just opened when we arrived. The service was top notch. The food was delicious and very “clean” (wholesome ingredients, high quality and no artificial stuff). They accommodated my GF preference with a gf toast. The coffee was excellent - rich and smooth. It was as if we were transported to South America!

They have three breakfast items on BOGO special each day. We ordered one of them (2 eggs your way, two slices of thick cut bacon, roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted tomato, and a toast). In addition, we each had a coffee. Our total bill was $30!!!

Besides having breakfast, we bought some freshly baked bread and a bag of merengue cookies to take home. They have an amazing choice of delicious pastries, an ice cream section, cheeses, wines, meats, pastas (boxed and fresh) and condiments for purchase.

I cannot recommend Narbona enough. Next time we are in Boca this is where we will be eating again! GIVE THEM A TRY

Don't advertise that you are open on Mondays from 5 to 10pm because it's not.

We had a dinner reservation for three at 8:15 pm on a Wednesday night and it was my wife’s birthday. The place certainly didn’t have a restaurant look and feel, especially a place that one would spend $50 per person excluding drinks and taxes! Ambience was poor, service was mediocre, and the kitchen closed at 9pm. It would have helped to know that in advance and we probably would have picked a different place. We didn’t get to choose from a dessert menu and it was only 5 min after 9 - again the server could have told us the kitchen closed at 9. We had to walk up to the gelato counter and get desserts in to-go cups! And no one - not the greeter and not even the server asked if this was a special occasion. We ended up spending $200+ before tips and would not be coming back. It just seems like a grossly overpriced cafe in a fine-dining disguise. Plenty of other choices in the area to spend a special evening at. Not recommended!

Recently went to this place for dinner—my friend and I initially thought it was Italian, but we were intrigued to find out it’s actually Uruguayan. I’m so glad we went! The wine, food, and service were all top-notch. Highly recommend the calamari and pistachio gelato

We had been coming here for Gelato after having dinner at other restaurants in the same plaza. It looked so nice and usually busy that we decided to give it a try for the husband's birthday with friends and family.
We ordered the $55 signature lasagna for two expecting a very large, thick and delicious pasta dish. Instead we were served with what appeared to be 4 thin rolls of pasta with cheese and meat sauce. It was so disappointing that my husband had to send it back!
The manager was kind enough to replace with their Tagliatelle ragout. My husband liked it but I wasn't impressed.
One of our guests had the crab ravioli that was good but came out lukewarm. Another guest had a very good Entraña dish.
The beef and short ribs empanadas very huge and very good.
We of course had their Gelato for dessert, which was delicious as usual.
