This place isn't what it used to be. Tomato soup was good, but sandwich was undercooked - the cheese wasn't even melted. Employees were polite to me, but spent a lot of time on their phones and made fun of another customer after she left. I won't go back.

I ordered on Uber Eats. A driver picked my order and took it, but never swiped to say she picked up my order on the driver app (to steal my food). The employees never made sure that the initial driver accepted my order (as they’re expected to do), and the manager refused to remake my food. The correct course of action would’ve been to remake my food. Instead, the manager became nasty and rude on the phone with me. She refused to accept the fact that fault fell on their part of not ensuring the driver accepted the order when she picked it up. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They need a lesson on etiquette and professionalism.

My boss and I were looking for something before getting on the road for home after three long work days in Deerfield Beach. The food and service here were outstanding. The variety of grilled cheese is impressive, and the tomato bisque was dynamite. Our waitress Jazmine made us feel welcome even though it was late, and we hope the business realizes how lucky they are to have her! Easily a 5 star review.

They have a unique menu, the sort of "grilled cheese and tomato soup" themed restaurants aren't that common in Florida, probably because of the heat, but this place does its own take on things so it's more than just what you'd think of as comfort food.

Atmosphere inside was just OK, the actual grilled cheese I ordered with chunks of chicken in it was great, and with the accompanying tomato soup they give you it was exquisite. The tomato soup is really just for dipping because they give you a tiny serving. I probably would've given it five stars for the food if not for the fact that it's very pricey, $17+ for a sandwich and half a cup of tomato soup is quite a bit. They could've just given a bit more tomato soup to make the price more justified. With the grill marks on the bread and everything else I guess you could consider it "gourmet grilled cheese." The accompanying tomato soup is very aromatic and actually probably the best tomato soup I've ever had.

Beyond that I really liked it and will probably still come back, just not frequently because the price is a bit steep for what you get.

My husband and I went to dinner here tonight and from the food to the service was a 10/10. Jazzy, was super sweet and her customer service was above and beyond. Watching and listening to her exchange with other customers was superior. I was skeptical of ordering the mushroom grilled cheese but she assured me it was good and popular with other customers. Well, she was right!! Zero regrets. We will definitely return to this location. Thanks Jazzy!!
