Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

I almost got out of line assuming it wouldn’t be good but wow was I surprised. I got a hot vanilla latte and it was truly the best latte I’ve had. I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth trying

The coffe is strong but not bad.
Today had an awful experience. The service by Mira or Mita think that was her name was terrible.
Just be kind , please don’t be rude . And smile that’s the first thing about customer service,
Have some manners atleast .

One of the best Expresso coffees I have had in a long time. Loved our visit today!

Disappointing for a coffee shop that is supposed to be part of Nordstrom‘s. The coffee was super bitter and the smallest size cup is a 12 ounce cup. People who enjoy good cappuccinos want them in six or 8 ounce cups. Not 12 ounce cups with one shot of espresso.

Mita provides outstanding customer service every single day with every single transaction. She radiates a positive uplifting vibe in the Cafe and even knows most of the regulars by their name and order. Mita provides service from the heart and her love for her job and the people she sees daily,shines. I've seen many employees come and go and Mita is always kind and patient when training new Baristas. Nordstrom is lucky to have such a great
team member. Great work Mita !

Went to buy my normal coffee today at the ebar and the lady working today “Mita” was very rude. She was arguing with my mom and I about the price of the coffee we get there on a weekly basis. She was very loud making a scene front of other customers. Very embarrassing and rude. Never experienced that at Nordstrom.

Very sad, we used to go for nice Coffee, but no more. The Capuchino was very bad, don't have any coffee flavor was water?and very $$ ????

Unfortunately, I wish I could Love this place because the food is definitely good quality but what would ultimately make me not return is the hostile environment while ordering here. It always seems that’s the customer service is always lacking. For food that is overpriced it doesn’t hurt to at least try to have a decent human interaction.

I was a customer at the ebar that showed up at 5 p.m. Sunday 7/28. They close at 6 p.m. I went to order the grilled cheese and the older lady told me the oven was closed, they just cleaned it. I went order a smoothie and the said no, the blenders have just been cleaned. I walked out with a Pellegrino and a lemon loaf that had been sitting out all day. This employee should not be working in the service industry if she refuses to provide adequate service. She is unprofessional and lazy. You need to do better, she shouldn’t be working at Nordstrom.

I just paid over $5 for a cup of cream. When asked for my “iced coffee” to be remade, I was given a sip of coffee in a separate cup and an eyeroll. It was clear I wasn’t the only unhappy customer. Wasn’t looking for something to ruin my day. Definitely not coming back here.

Wow! They've done it, made coffee worse than Tim Hortons (Canada chain). And I'm not a coffee aficionado (or whatever) just a regular dude who usually is happy with a gas station drip coffee.
