I love these little bundlets. Different than the standard cupcake and cookie ships that are all around. The cakes are always fresh and taste great. I like that you can specify how much icing (or none at all) that you want. The rewards program is also really great, it Durant take much to earn a reward.

RANT: Nothing Bundt Cake - Bad Business
I pre-ordered and paid for a two-tiered cake for my daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday party on Saturday, September 20th. We arrived at the Perkins Road location and the cake was not ready. There were no prior notifications given by the store so that I could make other preparations. There were no accommodations made for a replacement cake. You may want to seriously consider before making big purchases at Nothing Bundt Cake…Epic mistake for me. 🎂 Baton Rouge, LA

The cakes are dandy, but the staff has a bizarre policy of requiring customers to provide a phone number--even when placing a simple counter order to take with them. I gave mine once, and since then, I've been inundated with spam calls and texts. Without a loyalty program or clear reason for collecting this information, it's hard not to suspect that selling customer data may be part of their business model.

From out of town and staying in a hotel: ordered 3 bundlets and asked for forks. Girl tells me I have to order a party pack to get forks. WTH? Across the street at Gigi’s Cupcakes they have a utensil dispenser. Next time I’ll go there. #disappointed.
