Was staying at the hotel for a week and had a great time in the restaurant. Please give them a shot, as I see improvement each time I stop in.

This place is really confusing... Over the past several months of stopping in for a Tiki Bar visit or a bite to eat. I realized there is yet another business namechange... The latest is now called Our place 2. The previous time I was there it was called Norman's Tavern, and before that, it was called Our Place... My receipt shows Our Place, Not Our Place 2 or Norman's Tavern.What's really going on at this place? Why all the name changes and yet management appears the same and the employees are sporting differentT-shirts.All I can see different, the pricesare higher, quantity smaller and food quality remains sub-par at best. The Tiki Bar should be inspected by the heath department.They certainly are Not the original Our Place at the Boca plaza or Norman's Tavern... Yet continue using old menus from the previous establishment. I mean how much can new menus cost?The entertainment the evening I ate dinner was soooo loud, you had to read lips which was far from enjoyable. The folding chairs and plastic folding tables really set the bar low for the prices they charge.Not to mention the parking. It's hard to find a spot as the non affiliated Boca Plaza Hotel has parking for their guests, not the bar and restaurant. I was also informed that the pool is strictly for hotel guests only.Something fishy is going on here and I don't mean the fish and chips...I was also not surprised that they DO NOT proudly display a Business license and/or State Liquor License...I cannot Recommend

I had a great time there today! The service is friendly and attentive, solid food with decent portions, and well priced drinks. It's really one of those places where everyone knows your name.I had to leave earlier than I wanted, but would have loved stay for the live music. Definitely next time.
Horrible... New ownership, that's absentee.. The poor employees were understaffed and left out to dry.. Food was mediocre at best...if this place is the #10 restaurant in Boca, I'll have a baby next week.. What a joke.. Lori the bartender was very nice and apologetic, which isn't supposed to be her job..

Sasha was amazing - Rarely ever seen a server so effecient and fast! On the Breakfast side, it was ok. French Toast was "ok", but never as good as real Quebec French Toast; Eggs were Eggs, and Bacon was Crispy :) !

Stopped by for breakfast this morning (Sunday).... waited by the podium for 10 mins and was never approached or acknowledged by either the waitress or bartender. Considering the sole waitress was running around, and was tired of being ignored, I decided to take a seat at the bar - another mistake...The bartender passed me several times attending to other customers and still never acknowledged my presence and pretended not to see me (there was only 6 other people at bar). Finally, after he made the others their drinks, he walks right past me again and goes into the back room. About 5 mins. later he reappears and I wave my arm to get his attention -- still nothing, and he starts ringing up something on the register. Then, unbelievably, another customer walks-in and sits next to another patron whom he appeared to know... the bartender walks over to him and takes his order. That was it -- I got up and left. Not only did I waste 30 mins. of my time, I've never received such unfriendly and poor customer service in ANY establishment I've EVER been to. I'm not sure if they don't want "outsiders" in there, or (more likely) the bartender is a lazy, unpersonable, unprofessional, dirty-looking creep, who doesn't care about the business (however, if the owners do, they should know about this and look for a new staff).
