I celebrated my bdy with my family of 12 here. It was for a Sunday lunch. We got to order mostly from their lunch combo menu. Our favorite, Mongolian Beef was part of this combo. Also ordered their Salmon entree which was huge. Always crazy delicious. We love all preparation from PF Changs. They are possibly the only Chinese restaurant left in Boca Raton that comes closed to our way of Chinese cooking. We are Chinese. Prefer not sauced up entrees like most American Chinese restaurants have to offer. At PF Chang's we love the quality of meats and ingredients used in every dish we order. They were kind and presented me with their insanely huge choc layered cake. We ordered their fried bananas with ice cream and choc soufflé.
We like to eat here and rarely deviate from our favorites....pork dumplings, Mongolian beef and Kung pao chicken. Portions are large and we had to lunches in subsequent days.
The place was very dirty overall. Floor was wet and slippery and carpet was torn and stained. The chairs kept sliding around due to floor's slipperiness. Food was very tasteless and there was lots of it. We ordered edamame and vegetables spring rolls for starters. Edamame- was left in micro to long was way to soggy. Veg Spring Rolls- the rolls were to tick and didn't have the lightness. It was like chewing dough. Main course we had Orange Chicken, chiken fried rice, veggies fried rise, Mongolian beef & veggie lo mein. Orange Chicken - we asked for sauce on the side as it was for my son, and it was spicy. The chicken had way too much coating, and it was very doughy. He didn't eat any after trying one peace. Fried rice - boat portions of fried rice was very tasteless and they were huge amounts of it. Adding soy sauce did not help. Mongolian beef - good size portion (medium). Flavor was good, meet was very chewy. It felt like a job. Lo main - same as most of the food we received. It was very bla, vegetables were overcooked. Overall we didn't feel that the food was worth the price.
My husband and I had reservations for booth. By the window, I made these reservations almost a week. Ahead of time when we arrived, they had no booth. For us at the window, we had to sit somewhere else. I was a little disappointed with that other than that. Our waiter was very nice. I don't remember his name. The food was good. No, other cook plates complaints.
Spring rolls delivered cold. Chang's spicy chicken overly sweet and not very flavorful. Service was fine.
We were 3 couples of friends that have met at P. F. Chang's before, with no complaints. The service this time was awful. First two dishes were brought out, then one, and the craziest was the 3 of the same entre was brought out separately. What was going on in the kitchen? It's off season, so no excuses for the busy evening. Many tables were empty.
Just was missing some action. Service was okay I kept trying to hunt our server down. Low energy in there need more excitement
April is the best server! She is so sweet and provides impeccable service! Great food as always! Excellent experience!
Awful experience. All the food was very small portions and way overpriced. Who charges $16 for 6 small dumplings and then doses them with sauce that burns your mouth. Would have sent them back but the server was so busy she never came back to the table except with the check. Next even got a refill on the sodas that were over $4 a glass. This place has definitely gone downhill from what we remember. We will not be going back.
What the spicy chicken and lettuce wraps. Both excellent. We also got Mongolian beef. Be sure to tell them not to overcook it.

I have enjoyed PF CHANGS for years BUT I am totally disappointed when I ate there recently to celebrate my cousin's birthday. The HOT and SOUR Soup Was watery and bland, my Egg Drop Soup was like DISH WATER. We sent it back. Never do I return soup. The Honey Shrimp was Overly Breaded, little shrimp inside, awful taste. The EDAMAME was good. The dessert was good with flourless cake and vanilla Ice Cream. Very Expensive and VERY DISAPPOINTING big time.
Our bartender Christopher was quite charming and I we had a very nice conversation with them. Thank you for making our night special.

Had a great time at P.F. Chang’s! The environment was welcoming, and the food was excellent. Our server, Victoria, was nice and made the experience pleasant.
