I stopped by P.F. Chang’s and it did not disappoint. I got the Mongolian Beef and the Crab Wontons chef’s kiss. The Mongolian beef was tender, flavorful, and coated in the perfect amount of sauce. The crab wontons were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, honestly my favorite part. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portions were just right. I celebrated my bdy with my family of 12 here. It was for a Sunday lunch. We got to order mostly from their lunch combo menu. Our favorite, Mongolian Beef was part of this combo. Also ordered their Salmon entree which was huge. Always crazy delicious. We love all preparation from PF Changs. They are possibly the only Chinese restaurant left in Boca Raton that comes closed to our way of Chinese cooking. We are Chinese. Prefer not sauced up entrees like most American Chinese restaurants...
