I'm really sad to say that this place was once a really good place to come and have a good meal a good price. Well, that is no longer the case. The service has gone down hill and the food is very inconsistent both in flavor and in portions. To add to it I'm here waiting for 25 minutes for someone to take my order and I see that there's a new system that they enter their orders. It seems that the servers were completely lost with the system which causes for someone to be waiting 25 minutes beside they're attended. This inexcusable as it is very evident that the servers have not been properly trained to operate this new POS. To make matters worse the servers were loudly fighting with each other because they were all so behind serving the current customers that had ordered and the customers that were waiting 25 minutes to even be served. What struck me even more was the place wasn't even half full What a shame. That's why Bagels with Deli has taken away their clientele.

119 lb. pull test. I tried it one more time The worst most microwaved roll with a hole ever. I’m not even calling it a bagel. So chewy and so impossible to tear we put it in a pull test machine used to measure pressures. It took 119lbs to rip it in half. About 7x’s more than it should.
It was NYC street cart quality. Bagel? More like a roll with a hole. Lame egg lame bacon lame cheese. They should be embarrassed. I know I am. I paid for it. Actual value of my $17.99 BEC. = $2.99 generously
I’m now heading out for breakfast.

I come here a lot- the turkey club and the fries are fantastic. I just thought the owner should know the staff could be costing business. I’ve called a few times recently on days around 2:25 2:30 and have been told I can’t order hot food because the kitchen is closed but the close time says 3:00pm. I’m not trying to get an order of fries at 2:59- a half hour should be plenty of time to make fries and still clean up/breakdown and close on time. Just saying “no we’re closed” when it’s 30 min early kinda sucks

This place has changed so much for the worse. The atmosphere is just dirty and the service reflects the same. The prices on the menu and what you pay for at cash out is not reflecting the same. 30% change. False advertisement. I asked the cashier why is the bill different than the menu, her response is, we are getting a new menu but you are paying the new price. Just terrible all around

Quaint diner style portions are generous and the bagels are good. I get the pumpernickel bagel and it never fails. Prices have gone up and was different from the menu when I visited a couple months ago
