This place has changed so much for the worse. The atmosphere is just dirty and the service reflects the same. The prices on the menu and what you pay for at cash out is not reflecting the same. 30% change. False advertisement. I asked the cashier why is the bill different than the menu, her response is, we are getting a new menu but you are paying the new price. Just terrible all around

Quaint diner style portions are generous and the bagels are good. I get the pumpernickel bagel and it never fails. Prices have gone up and was different from the menu when I visited a couple months ago

I honestly want to give the recognition on such a wonderful breakfast/lunch spot in Boca as they have always taken care of me.
I have to say hands down that I love Palm Beach Bagel. I have come to know the owner and staff along the years and I have to say that they are consistent with their amazing service and great food.
Again, I have been eating here for almost 3 years, so for me to provide this truthful review gives me such great joy because I definitely believe that this place isn’t getting the recognition that they fully deserve.
Yes, they are busy in the mornings, but still provide great service and welcoming energy. Place does get super busy but every customer is given a time and seated within seconds or minutes.
Again, I just appreciate the owner and her amazing staff. That’s what makes a business consistent and successful - because of the love and respect that is given on both sides.
Thank you, again, for always treating me well. Definitely feel loved like family.
I once thought it was great but for the past couple of months every time I order something is forgotten be it patty melt they forget pickle or fries ice cold, ordered tuna salad forgot bagel chips…. Order burger with bacon forgot the bacon…..I give it one more try but I don’t want to keep ordering and not being able to enjoy my food….

I want to start off by saying I genuinely love this place as a college student I enjoy coming here because the food is yummy and reasonable. So much so that I decided to bring my dad and grandmother. As this was there first time we wanted to dine in, we came at 2pm and were told the dining room was closed. That is completely understandable but the lady at the front proceeded to catch an attitude with us and recommend only the chopped salad without giving us a menu, id assume to get us out quickly. When I politely asked for a menu she slapped one on the counter and continued to have a rude cold attitude. No customer service at all as she proceeded to make jokes with her coworkers about how we need to just order the chopped salad. There’s an hour until close, I completely understand if we ran in last minuet but I’d hope next time someone who comes in with ample time left of the restaurant being open will be treated kindly and respectfully and not rushed out of the restaurant. I work in a restaurant and even if someone comes in 10 minuets to spare we still give them the opportunity to sit and have a nice dining experience. This has really altered my perception of palm beach bagel and I’m utterly disappointed that the first person you see and encounter when you walk in is so rude and dismissive.

I went in there for the first time today & I ordered a honey cinnamon bagel (toasted) and wow was it good. Also met the owner. Great lady, they also make there own cream cheese.
