Do not pay attention to bad reviews, we loved this place and went there every morning for an amazing breakfast. Portions are huge and service is excellent. Will be back next time I’m in town.

Stale, gross bagel. What even is this? Literally inedible. So much fake butter, bagel was served toasted cold, the spread wouldn’t even melt.
I ordered in person a toasted bagel with butter. Couldn’t be more basic. $5 for nothing.

Great spot for breakfast in Boca Raton, especially if you’re grabbing takeout! The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed with care.

Everything was perfectly prepared, and the portions were generous. Even for takeout, the packaging was neat and kept everything warm. A reliable choice for a delicious breakfast on the go!

The food is mediocre at best, the place is filthy, the service is abysmal and the owner is a jerk. Other than that, its great

We've been loyal Palm Beach Bagel customers for nearly a decade, consistently enjoying their dine-in and pickup services. However, in recent months, a noticeable decline in customer service has occurred. The staff's demeanor has shifted from rushed to outright rude and dismissive.

Our most recent experience was particularly disappointing. A phone order was taken abruptly, with the staff member rushing through the process and interrupting our order multiple times. Upon pickup, we were charged significantly more than the menu prices. To our dismay, the order was also incorrect, missing key items and substitutions.

While we've always appreciated Palm Beach Bagel, this consistent decline in service quality has made us reconsider our patronage. We'll unfortunately be seeking alternative breakfast options.

Started going there because I have a new location that my job moves to to get breakfast. The first few times was OK when the guy served me but I went in three days ago on Monday morning to get a sausage egg and cheese on everything bagel . First strike was as soon as I told the lady I only wanted one piece of cheese she was like well it’s the same price it’s not cheaper for cheese and I was like I didn’t ask anything about the price and she kept saying well it’s not cheaper for one slice First strike second strike I was on the phone with my sister telling her I’ll be to work in a few because I was taking long I was standing there and the people that ordered after me had got their orders before me so I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund made me stand there and wait for my food when I got it, there was only sausage on one side of the bagel And egg on one side of the bagel I asked for tomato and onions. They put a whole stack of onions on the bagel without chopping it and one slice of tomato on half of the bagel. It was terrible. I will not go back there again and I thought I had a new breakfast spot but after that Experience not again

Food is great but they close the kitchen 45 min before they close. Can’t even get eggs and bacon. If that’s the case just close an hour earlier. Makes no sense. Like they don’t want my money.

I usually don’t write reviews. But worst breakfast place I’ve been to. My friend and I went this morning and the waitress sat us down and threw the menus on the table and walked away. Then our waitress took 10 minutes to bring us water. As we were waiting for our food we watched multiple employees touch the toast and bagels with their bare hands after touching their doors tables and everything else. As soon as the food arrived we said something and she just said okay and we decided to leave. As we were walking out there was a bag full of trash on the counter where they were putting food. Absolutely disgusting. Horrible customer service and not sanitary AT ALL.

Instead of just apologizing to endless bad reviews ALL DAY, why don’t you just NOT EFF-UP constantly to begin with?? Guy on the phone that took my order sounds real happy(sarcasm) and thanks to his pathetic attitude, the 60 dollar order I gave, I called and canceled it and used Boca Bar Bagel instead, which is a PHENOMENAL DELI! I wanted to not use UBER EATS so I called the closer and not as “good food” deli(Palm beach bagel) and was told an hour and a half for delivery, I placed the order anyway and called back to cancel it knowing the food here isn’t worth waiting an hour and a half. If the guy on the phone was more professional and knew how to speak to customers, I would have kept the order and just picked it up

Dishonest. I ordered a 2 meat combo sandwich. The menu says the price is $12.95. When the bill came, the total for my meal was somehow $17.17 and I had no drink. I ended up giving a $5 tip which brought my meal up to $23. I was a regular here but I will not be coming back.

A person with anxiety's worst nightmare.

There's two entrances though none indicate which is the main entrance or if it doesn't matter, and nothing to indicate if it's seat yourself or wait to be seated. There wasn't anyone to greet people as they walked in so there was no clarifying. So I opted for take out. To order your food is in the middle but no sign saying where the line is meant to start (left or right?). The menu makes no sense. It is just a list of food options but doesn't tell you that you need to choose what you want your sandwich on, nor what your options are, and it doesn't indicate that it comes with a side, and again doesn't say what the sides are. You just get to be put on the spot and blindsighted by it all. I ended up panic ordering it on a wrap and my side and it's not what I wanted at all if I had time to think and options provided to me.
Also, he told me what the sides were and I didn't know what to do with "potato" as an option. Baked potato, mashed potato, potato salad, fries? Who knows.

There were also employees standing around doing nothing which I thought was kind of weird.

The food was good though and I'm sure once you figure out their weird way of doing things it would be fine, but definitely threw me into an anxiety panic going there for my first time. Not sure if I'd go back to be honest.
