Let's walk.....nice stuff
Beautiful place and pristine location.
This blonde older lady in the parking garage was harassing me, knocking on my window pulling on my door handle all because of a parking spot. Keep in mind it says reserved for the building THAT I WORK IN. And i park there EVERYSINGLE DAY. She is yelling at me aggressively telling me to move and i told her i park here everyday and rolled my window up. She didnt even ask who i am what i do nothing. She took pictures of my license plate. Insanity.
Nice buildings
Downtown Boca Raton is being developed into something special.
Lovely building, awful management.
My parents & I have been residing in Palmetto Place since 2011. When we moved in, this place felt like you were living on a consistent vacation. The pool was breathtaking, our unit was spectacular & the staff was a delight (including George, who ran the valet service and knew everyone by name) However, since new management has taken over the facility a few years back, they have completely decimated the morale of most tenants and current staff (including terminating most of the pleasant ones like George from valet). Now, it seems as though you need a permit to wake up in the morning, every move is monitored, and this no longer has become an enjoyable place to live. The people were friendly, but the new management has ruined a once beautiful building and company. Our final straw was this weekend when our air conditioning blew out in 95 degree weather. Considering the fact that management couldn’t care less, we hired our own hvac service to assist. But, he was denied at the door because he was not certified to work at this building. So, we stayed at a hotel. No offering to find another service to assist, simply just "no". I feel ashamed to live at this residence & no longer enjoy bringing my friends & family here since I know most are miserable. A once beautiful home that we loved, ruined by management & cliques. I advise, stay away.
Not so good the living experience. Very empty
?️There are many various restaurant?
There is currently no working phone listed for this building. I am trying to check on a relative and can’t reach the front desk, but I sure can reach the leasing office. Yikes

Be careful who you rent from ... ask !! Worst place to live! Management horrid, landlord Nitemare, Board misrepresents info to Realtors... inquire if you need more info....concierge lazy...maintenance not allowed to help in units.... few staff members are a tually helpful... valet is great ! Everyone selling for a reason nec of management!
Want to hate your life? Buy or rent at palmetto place. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE
I stayed at Palmetto Place for five months before I purchased there, and its been a game changer for me--Palmetto Place is Pure Perfection! It's a luxury, white-glove building like no other. I lived in high-end condos from Beverly Hills to New York City, and Palmetto outshines anywhere else. The first thing I noticed about Palmetto Place is the management and the Board's attention to detail. The building, pool, hallways and everywhere else are kept pristine. There's always someone cleaning, vacuuming and keeping the property up to standards of a Five star Diamond hotel like the Four Seasons (which is where I stay).Next, there is a wonderful sense of community here, thanks to the Board and management once again. They actually provide gifts of chocolates and cakes for the residents and staff during Christmas and their birthdays. I have never seen such friendliness and warmth at any condo in my life.Indeed, Palmetto Place management and the Board understands that condo living means community and they treat you like family! Finally, the pool and community room are serene! Of all the high-end condos I've lived at, this one beats them all. The landscaping and pool furniture is top-notch, and their attention to detail includes just the right volume of calming music playing in the background at the pool.As for Leianne the manager--there are no words to describe how hard she works to keep Palmetto Place pristine and friendly.Palmetto Place means Perfection!
Mister Higgins did you ever think about telling the couple there are steps in EVERY building national required fire law. Next time tell them the big secret ( take the steps down so that are not captive for 2 weeks ). ?????Lesson learned wear ur mask
