Ordered the broccoli and cheddar bread bowl. When I got home the soup was cold & the cup used to contain the soup was barely filled. For $10 I got a half full, hard bread & cold bowl of soup. Disappointed.

This review is for the team that works at this location. Everyone is so thoughtful and always has a smile! Susan is so attentive to everyone, always saying hello while making sure the cleanliness is never an after thought. Who ever does the hiring at this location does an amazing job in recruiting genuinely good people! Brittany also always greats us with a smile and goes the extra mile in making sure everyone has what they need. We go here often because its nice to start the day with good people :)

I never write reviews, but wanted to shout out “Susan” who took my order when I came in. She was immediately friendly and when I was sat eating noticed her walking around cleaning and asking everyone if their food was okay and how their day was going. She ran to open the door for a woman in a wheelchair and proceeded to smile and ask everyone how they were. I was having a bad day and her kindness to me and others brightened it up☀️ She deserves a raise?

I've ordered this drink before at other paneras. This came separated when it first arrived showing less than 1/3 of it being coffee.It's like do you want some coffee with your cream. I expected a hell of alot more coffee and when mixed it's almost white.
walked in to place an order to go and service was horrible. asked to change the bread on my sandwich to a French baguette and they said they couldn't do that then I ordered another sandwich that was in a French baguette and they said they ran out of that one so I said ok just give me another bread and they said they couldn't do that either.Just horrible service. Manager was listening to the conversation with her staff and didn't say anything. Bad experience.

Adore the ambience of this place. nice, comfortable, quiet. Stopped by today for a really small meal, and the m&c at the Yamato location was amazing so I only ordered that. Food came quick with a free French baguette side. Although. For $8 that Mac & Cheese bowl was barely full. I had to eat it slowly as to not finish it it 3 minutes baguette was hard. Not sure what I'm supposed to do with it since it's inedible... anyways. The Mac & Cheese was great!! Not for $8 though.

The chicken noodle soup is too expensive! Almost $10 for a tiny bowl? Better buy the packaged ones for less than $6, it’s waaay better.

Everything is so good here - soufflés, sausage egg cheese sandwiches, ham egg cheese on cinnamon crunch bagel, warm Mediterranean bowls with chicken... How many favorites can a person have?

Employees were nice enough but was more focused on hanging out that getting our order ready. My 11.00 chicken buffalo melt had three pickled onions and barely any chicken. No sandwich was marked. My son almost ended up with no cheese on his, until the young woman you rung us up came back to check what was being done in the back.
