I set up a catering order and Rita was awesome! She was patient, answered all my questions, and made the process easy. Paolo's is a small restaurant with a wonderful staff! The staff was amazing! The food was EPIC!! I have a staff of 126 people, and just about all of them wanted to know where the food came from because it's just so delicious. There were no leftovers ?

Best pizza in Boca Raton, owner and the lady thats there is very nice and sweet! I would recommend this place to everyone and with cash its much cheaper

The chicken was hard and tasteless. I had to sprinkle so much salt on it. I don't know how anyone can cook chicken this bad. Even the bread that comes with the meal was bad. It was not buttered nor came with butter. No flavor whatsoever. Salad was bad too. It was just the worst food I have ever had.

Tried ordering, they said it was delivered but it wasn’t, they canceled the original order and placed a second order, they canceled the second order without telling me. I couldn’t leave because my baby was sick and sleeping so I went without dinner because they couldn’t figure out how to get an order to me.

Great food, great service, great people! I love this place!
When I read that Paolo's had the best sauce around, I had to check it out for myself. It did not disappoint. I posted a photo of what was left on my plate and it shows it mopped clean. Seems like a popular pizza pickup place too. Folks were in and out the whole time picking up pies. You do order at the counter but they bring the food out to you at one of the half dozen tables including a couple two tops outside. Highly recommend.

Their pizza grew on us. I mean, I was not initially impressed, because it just didn't look like it was special, but reheating in the oven made even better. So yes, it is definitely a great place to eat pizza.

Called to speak to owner or someone in charge and girl who answered just had straight attitude with sorry answers.. pretty screwed up to have someone with no personality or attitude to have answering your phones.. kind of ruins business you know? And this is coming from someone who's owned and grew up doing for 45years with parents owning.. shake my head.. settle for less cause no one wants to work right now..
