I have to admit the store is very much hit or miss and mostly miss — like the person 2 reviews below me said, they either don’t give you the extra sides and sauces that you paid for or they fill the pizza sauce with a small drop of pizza sauce and you get like one dip with a breadstick. Also, you never know how the pizza will be made often times it’s super thin and almost thin crust or other times it’s not cooked enough or if you order it well done it’s burnt. Also, I’ve been missing sides and gotten someone else’s order as well. they need to do a lot better With the continuity of their cooking because at the end of the day if I’m spending $50 I want a decent experience.

Whatever manager is there present around 6pm on Wednesday is inconsiderate and doesn’t ensure customers have all items purchased. This is my second time ordering and they refuse to put my sauces and sides that I paid extra for each time. Along with delivery fee and tip for the driver just to never receive what I paid for. Calling the manager is useless because he doesn’t have any solution neither does he care. Service is trash and not worth spending your money or time waiting for if they will never double check that the order is fulfilled before leaving out.

From the moment I walked in, Paul’s warmth and genuine kindness stood out. He greeted me with a big smile, made sure my order was exactly right, and even took a moment to ask how my day was going. It wasn’t just great service it felt personal, like I was more than just a customer. Thank you, Paul, for turning a simple pizza run into a feel-good moment. Papa John’s is lucky to have you—and so are your customers

I tried twice to order from them, and I don’t know which experience is worse. First time placed an order for cheese pizza for my kids in advance, when I came to pick up at time I choose for my order the chef didn’t even started my pizza yet. He didn’t see my order in the system… It took another 15 minutes to wait, so the whole point of ordering upfront is pointless. Second time I decided to order through the phone so they won’t miss my order, and will just pick it up on the way to the beach. When I came to pick up, it was totally different pizza. The only reason I am ordering from Papa Johns is because my kids love stuffed crust pizza, we double checked twice if the person over the phone wrote down everything correct, but the pizza was not stuffed crust and not half cheese pizza and half with meat.
I would not recommend to order for this location.

Horrible ! Horrible! Thieves and horrible customer service! I call the store which brings you directly to a call center where they place your order , take your money and then don’t know where your order is. The lady then transfers me to the store itself in which they are no better. The store manager proceeds to be unapologetic stating that she has no control over that call center and I will have to place the order again?!? What kind of non sense is that ? I called back and of course got the call center again, I spoke to a shift leader who stated that the money will be refunded since there was a glitch in the system to no fault of their own.
Morale of the story no accountability from anyone there, I ended up with no order and money was taken out of my account. Needless to say I ordered from somewhere else, if the money is not back in my account by next week I will also be filing a CFP complaint.

have to admit, the first time I had Papa John’s Pizza was way back in 1992. I was living in North Carolina at the time, and I still remember how absolutely delicious it was—especially that garlic butter dipping sauce. Fast-forward to 2025, and now I’m in Boca Raton, Florida. I decided to stay in for the night, and when I saw there was a Papa John’s nearby, I knew I had to order it.
I’ll be honest—I had some pretty unrealistic expectations since I haven’t had it in over 30 years. But I went for it and ordered a large three-topping pizza with ground beef, pepperoni, and sausage. And for old times’ sake, I had to get a 2-liter of Mountain Dew.
The delivery process was smooth, and I love how they’ve embraced technology with real-time tracking—being able to see where your driver is? That’s pretty awesome. When the delivery guy showed up, he was super cool (wish I caught his name so I could give him a shoutout).
Now, onto the pizza. I poured myself a cup of Mountain Dew, pulled out that first slice, took a bite—and oh my God. It was delicious. For a moment, I felt like I was transported right back to the early ’90s. The flavors, the toppings, the garlic butter, even the classic pepper in the box—it’s all still there.
Honestly, when I head back to Michigan, I’m going to miss having this as an option. Papa John’s, you did not disappoint! Pm
