I had to order pizza for a 50 person event. The driver, manager, and woman answering the phone all lied to me about the driver calling the facility and speaking with somoene. Ordered 13 large pizza and wings. Never showed up, they treid to blame me then got caught in a lie when I started questioning them. They said the driver called and spoke with someone at the facility, crazy because the phones go straight to voicemail. Call log of the driver was when he called the facility was .15 seconds. If you call the facility the phone call will last 15 seconds before going to voicemail. Crazy how a simple lie & unprofessionalism can ruin 50 peoples night. Sad to see what happens when people don't do there job. I do understand papa johns is fast food pizza but McDonald is more professional.

Called in to complain about wrong toppings on our order and the "manager" in charge was more interested in fighting and yelling at me rather than resolve our issue. They had added onions to the whole pizza instead of half in two of the pizzas and simply added onions to a third when it was not ordered at all. We were refused a refund because someone found an onion halfway through the first slice and were told a refund was no longer possible because of that. All we want is a refund for their mistake and an apology from the manager that answered the phone and proceeded to yell before we could even explain the situation.

Ordered a cheese pizza with LIGHT cheese, EXTRA sauce. Order came with extra cheese light sauce. Great. No big deal, we’ll just call and have them swap it our or get a refund no problem. We call and the lady on the line denies we got our order the way we wanted? Then for some reason she had an attitude “well what do you want me to do” “you want me to bury it in sauce” “i made it myself” like first of all the order is wrong, second of all why are you having an attitude just because you don’t know how to make a pizza. Then she graciously offered us to bring back the pizza to swap it out. Didn’t want to leave home after we both work 6am-8pm shifts at the clinic and hospital just to deal with an attitude again so said whatever.I’ve had great experiences with Papa Johns in Virginia where they got the order wrong then sent over the proper one and also gave us vouchers, more than we could have asked for. This specific Papa Johns won’t get my service again and I will also let others know.
It's great if you want to wait an hour and a half for cold pizza, chicken nuggets with bbq sauce squirted on top and absolutely non of the sides you ordered.
