The pizza was good but I ordered extra green peppers and there were hardly any on there and only on one side of the pizza. The other pizza was supposed to have extra onion and again very skimpy on the onions. I will say however that they did put the extra cheese on as I ordered.

Went there with $25 gift card and they couldn’t figure out how to process it. They said there was a scratch on it. They couldn’t do anything. Customer service 0. The girl behind the counter could care less. Told us to go back where we bought it and have the reissue another gift card.

Surprised about the bad reviews.
I have ordered from this location a few times using the app for takeout. I've had no issues with this location and appreciate that my orders were ready in time, pick up was quick, and the service was friendly. The pizzas were made correctly and were delicious.

Tonight was the first time I ordered from this Papa John’s I just moved in the area and me and my family was having a pizza night and movie night. The pizza took a very long time to come and it was cold. I called to let them know what was going on and the pizza was cold. The store manager was on shift was extremely rude. This is the worst Papa Johns to deal with. I’ve been a valued customer to Papa Johns for years and for me to receive this treatment from this young lady was the worst experience ever she does not belong in a manager position Or In customer service stay away from this Papa Johns giving you guys a heads up read the other comments everyone saying stay away from this Papa Johns I’m going to go on all of my social media and let my friends and family notes to stay away that the service So they won’t experience what I did

Absolutely dreadful that Papa John's is now routing their calls to people who ask you 15 questions before finally putting your order in for delivery. And many of them have accents that are hard to understand. I got lucky this time I was able to understand her but she still asked me 15 questions and confirms my address three times. It's amazing how owners just don't know how to manage their business and do things that lose customers
