Recently received 2 cases of dark chocolate shells ( 1008 shells ), every single one of which was bloomed and basically garbage

Before I launch into the bad, I will state the good - Fast shipping, always consistent, always prompt response from the staff ( In that respect, PCC is highly professional imo )

The bad - I've been buying these truffle shells for the past 7 years, from a variety of companies online, and not once have I ever gotten anything more than 5-10 bloomed shells in a case ( 504 shells ), and that itself is a rare occurrence

I've received these same exact shells ( From other companies ) in the middle of August, when it was 95f outside, had them arrived fully melted, stuck them in the cooler to solidify, and had ZERO bloom afterwards....( If you work with chocolate for a living, think about what you just read...)

Pastry Chef Central clearly states they have a no return policy for these items ( Returns for discoloration ), but due to the fact I have NEVER gotten whole cases in this condition from ANY purveyor ( 7 years using them ), I'm going to just say that you guys should open these cases up and look at them before you ship ( Unless a small 1" bit of tape is too much to get through ), because I'm unwilling to buy that this happened in the span of a few days during shipping between Fl and NC

Very disappointing for a small business owner like myself, and also a drag for my customers

I did not get the item that is in the picture. Customer service was good about the issue and offered a full refund as per their return policy, but by then I had already used the product because I needed to, nullifying the parameters of the return policy.

Fat Dadio springform pans are lightweight and fairly easy to clean. There is one that leaks slightly only makes cleanup a challenge doesn't change the cheesecake or spill in the oven. Very pleased with these pans.
