I was on the fence between 4 and 5 stars, but it really is just four stars in terms of the food quality. The people who work there are very nice although they don't have someone solely dedicated to taking orders so they are going back and forth from the kitchen too much, and it takes a little too long to order when they have other people in line. They keep the place very clean and it is good if you're bringing kids there. They have lots of extra utensils, sauces, and also fortune cookies, and they're good about helping you if you have anything come up. They are mostly able to make substitutions with the food although there was a time when we went and they couldn't make steamed tofu instead of fried tofu. I personally really like the new edition of the salmon poke bowl, and I think that's a very healthy option they have relatively. Although I think in general the food has a little too much oil and ingredients that are not great for you.
