You lost a long term customer cause you won’t accept cash. I’m paying almost $40 for a pizza. But you won’t deliver without a credit card payment. That’s outrageous.
Edit… I went ahead and edited my review after seeing the owners response. I was hungry and excited for pizza district and was extremely disappointed when the girl in the phone refused my order. What I recommend is better coaching to your staff instead of saying “we don’t deliver without credit card payment anymore” maybe something like “Unfortunately we switched to a 3rd party delivery service and that delivery service is unable to take cash payments” I personally am not a fan of all these business going cashless these days. You guys really do have great pizza and while I prefer to order and tip and cash. I understand now. However I am interested to see with the rumors of Florida making it illegal to not accept cash bill passes.

The owner came out to serve us our food and he was not very nice. We asked to change the music because we were the only ones outside. The music was terrible. On top of that the food was not good either. The pizza was not cooked enough and the boneless chicken wings were not cooked enough. And then when I asked can I get it cooked a little more they brought it out burnt. What a shame. This place has a lot of potential.

The calamari was cold and hard as a rock. Could not eat it. My goat cheese was bits of goat cheese in a red sauce. It was suppose to be a goat cheese appetizer. It was a cup of sauce with small bits of goat cheese $11.99… in a cup of sauce..😢 Have no idea what to do with it. It was not a good experience. It was Delivery. Seriously disappointed.

I like many people in Florida come from New York, where we take much pride in our pizza. When I was told how much I would enjoy Pizza district I was skeptical to say the least. I was shocked with the first bite. It has become my absolute favorite pizza. White pizza there being my very favorite. I don’t normally write reviews, but I really felt this establishment deserves high praise. I go down to Florida once a month and I always go to Pizza District!
Our server was Grace and she was an absolute angel. Staff was very very welcoming and the atmosphere was great! I came in with my husband and 2 children and upon trying the garlic rolls, we knew we were in for a treat with how delicious they were. We ordered a large cheese pizza - which was hands down what we all agreed on, was the best and biggest pizza we’ve ever had. The owner was so so kind. We will 100% be returning!

This place has mediocre pizza for an outrageously high price! And if you choose the vegan option it's a $4 up charge on a pizza that's already $30. One can get three pizzas at the competition with unlimited toppings for the price of one here - or sit down to a nice meal with an appetizer and decent size entree at any restaurant with a nicer ambience and better food and still walk out paying about $10 less after tax and tip than one would after ordering a pizza at this place.
