Very disappointed with this branch! I called in to place an order at this location , once there I gave my name for the order and was told there wasn’t an order under my name. The employee working the counter was extremely rude in regards of me continuing to say that I’d spoken with someone in the store when placing the order. The employee asked for my number then said ( oh I have the order but it’s for a Pam!! My name is Justin by the way). Not only did she take the name wrong for the order but the toppings for the pizza was wrong and both pizza and bread were over cooked to the point of the crust being brittle just crumbling apart, cheese was burnt /black not too mention the sauce was gone from overcooking!!! Not at one point did I receive an apology for the mistakes but I was told they could not re make the order due to high volume of orders being placed in( guessing it was the peak of the day) then was lied to an told that the call center was behind it all but I recognized the voice from over the phone to the same person working the front counter. This location should honestly be looked into by regional managers, I can sadly see that there are a lot of similar issues proceeding to happen with no improvement. Complaints from months prior are the same that I’ve just experienced!!
This Was Very Unacceptable .. My Food Was Burnt & Very Hard , It Taste Like It Was Old Food They Put Back In The Oven To Warm Up & Probably Ended Up Burning It . I’m So Disappointed This Was First Meal Of The Day & I Couldn’t Even Eat It ! THEY WOULDNT EVEN EAT IT THEY SELF !

I had just received my delivery (which btw they use doordash for) and was missing two of my items. I tried seeking help but could not due to me not having an account I assume. I call this PizzaHut and was hung up on (possibly a connection issue). I called back and the worker already had an attitude. (Whatever woman was working 8pm at 3/25/25, fix it). Anyways I proceeded to explain my issue with the missing items and I am still being spoken to like I am dirt. The tone was rude. She finally explains because they deliver through doordash they are not going to do anything about it but instead give me rewards points. I do not have an account!!! Then I was hung up on with no respect. Beware of ordering from here, thought this was a great location. Guess not!
