Haven’t ordered from this location ( glades and 441) since May, got sick from a contaminated banana. Went today for a smoothie before grocery shopping, get home and threw it up. Over heard the workers, “ … that sinks broken, and that ( points to a fridge under the work station) is still leaking..😳” I will not be going back. Whoever owns this location is not taking care of it.

I’m a longtime Playa Bowls fan—my go-to is the açaí bowl with Nutella, and I order a simple açaí + strawberry for my son. Unfortunately, on my last two visits the portions were much smaller: bowls about half full with very little açaí. For the price, the value isn’t there anymore. I hope management fixes the portion consistency because we love the flavors, but for now we’ll order elsewhere. Happy to update this if things improve.
Update: Other day, same experience. The portion is definitely too small for the price of the product. I'm really disappointed. They should then make the bowls smaller so that the difference in product vs bowl is not so noticeable.

Such a great place, I love the açaí bowls and the smoothies. Great prices and super tasty. The fruit was not ripe on this last bowl but it was still delicious. I recommend this location!

The service is great, and I love how fresh the fruits are.
We love coming to playa bowls, however, it is a major concern that there is a strange homeless man that hangs out inside the store. My teenage daughter comes with her friends very often but I will not continue to allow that if this man will be inside the store. It should be reported and he should not be allowed to loiter the store like this. It is not only a safety issue but could affect the business and sales. Please consider handling this situation more seriously. Thank you

I just had the most wonderful experience at playa bowls thanks to the incredible girls Jess, Camila, and Gabby! Every time I walk in, their outstanding service is evident. They greeted everyone with genuine warmth and big smiles, making the atmosphere so inviting. Not only were they super efficient in whipping up delicious smoothies as always specified and their care for each customer truly stands out. They took the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even remembered my preferences from a previous visit. It's clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. And their wonderful attitudes were infectious! Even during a busy rush, they remained positive, energetic, and completely unruffled. It's rare to encounter such a consistently upbeat and friendly group. Jess, Camila, and Gabby are a fantastic team and a huge asset to this smoothie spot. They truly made my day!
