I hate having to write this but I feel I have to. I ordered my bowl using the app as always. Went to pick it up, said my name was Jackie, they gave me the bag and off I went home. Once I got home I saw the name Jeff on the bag and immediately realized they had given me the wrong order. So I went back to get MY order. Walked in and told them what had happened . Apparently, at this point, my order was nowhere to be found even though I had just placed the order 15 minutes prior to this. The one girl was very nice and understanding about it and said, oh no problem, we’ll make you what you ordered. She pulled it up in the computer actually and was able to see my order. At this point, the girl making the bowls opens up the bag that I was given (there were 2 bowls for Jeff), and takes out one of the bowls and walks to the back with it. I did not want to stare, so I instead looked out the window, which, as we all know is a mirror reflection given the right lighting. I guess Jeff’s bowl was the same bowl as I ordered only I never get coconut in my bowls. She proceeded to scoop the coconut flakes out of the bowl and then said oh here’s your bowl. Really? I was in shock and didn’t say anything about what I just saw her do. When I got home I opened it up and it was a mess. Not that I was going to eat it. I wanted to show my husband. The bowl went in the trash because I cannot have coconut. Not sure why this girl couldn’t have just made me a new bowl the way I ordered it. Allergies are a very real thing.

Came to have a coconut bowl with my best friend celebrating her engagement after the beach. I purchased me and her a coconut bowl, which was very bland and not up to par per usual. I had also bought two extra honeys on the side and the serving for the honey was pathetic should have asked for a refund but wasn’t in the mood to go back and forth. I’m not the type to leave the reviews, but the manager was rude as well. I didn’t know there was a a honey shortage !
